For tourists who want to experience a real life episode of Entourage or the Hills, then this is their place. The customers are all trying hard to be "it" kids or well off 40 something year old men trying to reenact their youthful days. It's overpriced and the quality of food is garbage. The place is soooo dark, you can barely see what you're eating (which in their case might be a benefit). The servers were all wannabe actors/models and were too busy looking at themselves in the mirrored hallway entrance to serve us.
- Cons: bad service, VERY dark, overpriced
Dont mind going again

the sushi was really good, and not even as expensive as i expected it to be, but the waiter we had was rude and didnt really help us, i asked him what the person was having at the table next to us was having and his answer: "its in the menu" the sushi was really good, the atmosphere was great, music, everything, just not so great service.
- Pros: Sushi was good
- Cons: horrible service
cool if you want to feel like your in with the hills crowd

its cool to club there but the food gets a huge thumbs down if you know anything about sushi. i dont mind paying top $$ for sushi if its worth it, but this spot is horrible and expensive
- Pros: servers were hot
- Cons: food was garbage

one of my favorite places in LA! Very hip vibe with an excellent menu to back it up!
Average sushi place in Hollywood
by lakers2408 at Citysearch
I came here for a friends birthday last month. The sushi was pretty good but not really what I expected. I really liked the decorations and red lighting. The atmosphere was cool and it was really crowded. It seems like the place is more about the aesthetics than the quality of the food. I saw waitresses walking around with plates of food that was visually pleasing. For example, there was an Igloo shaped thing made of ice with different kinds of sushi under it. For the price, I wouldnt recommend going here but if money is not an issue than it is very fun.
- Pros: Nice interior design, good for people watching.
- Cons: Prices, Food Quality
the sushi rolls here are dynamite
by brookeyp at Citysearch
The sushi here is phenomenal. My mouth felt like it was exploding with fireworks of different flavors when I tried one of their rolls. It's a bit expensive but the decor and sushi definitely fits the price. Last time I came to the Geisha House, P Diddy was just making his way out.
I am tied in with all the top notch hollywood events (ex. H.wood, The Kress, The Playboy Mansion, ETC.). I can refer you to the best venue on any given night. for guestlist consideration to your desired venue, contact me by sending me your facebook link and number of your party to: brookeytp@gmail com
- Pros: some of the best sushi i've had in LA
- Cons: very expensive
HORRIBLE VALENTINE'S DAY
by ryan90046 at Citysearch
First, I was sat at a table that was covered in lettuce and crumbs from the person who ate there before me. They had a special Valentine's Day menu that was awful and overpriced. My miso soup was cold, my entree took 2 hours and 15 minutes to arrive at the table, the dessert was not fresh at all. It was the worst Valentine's dinner I have ever had. However, the server was very nice and apologetic.

I couldn't believe the wide variety of items on their menu and how good they all were!!!
I live in OC and can't wait for the Geisha House in Santa Ana to open!!!!
ARIGATO!
- Pros: Food, service and ambiance
- Cons: Music was a bit loud
drinks anyone?
by casualcat at Citysearch
this is definitely the kind of place i would go to after work if i wanted to get dressed up a bit and have a few drinks with friends and try to relax. the food isnt spectacular, but it is good. I just see this place as more of a drinks and good times kind of place.
