Great spot for day drinking and bringing back the nostalgic feel of a college party! The happy hour has some good deals and the special events that occur ocasionally here are usually pretty crowded. The best part about this place was the crowd and the service (one in the same). Everyone was friendly and very talkative. The only down side was the strong stench of vommit when walking towards the bathroom. The place is kinda small so it get's rather crowded. You might wana get their somewhat earlier than the crowds just to snag a table or spot to hang at with your crew. The outside patio is literally right on the street of Wilshire Ave and is a great spot to people watch! All in all a fun place to meet people and have a few good priced drinks while you're at it!

Pros: Friendly service, Friendly Crowd, Good priced drinks, Great Happy Hour place

Cons: Somewhat small and crowded

For some reason everytime I've gone here it smells like someone threw up. The only thing worth eating here are the chips and salsa, which isn't free even when you buy meals. Their food does not have an authentic taste, too salty. Do not get anything with mahi mahi in it. They have no beers on tap. The waitresses aren't the best. Don't waste your time here!

Pros: good chips and salsa

Cons: smells, bad food, no beers on tap

The crowd is mostly locals in the mid to upper 20s and maybe low 30s. The happy hour drink special is the best deal. Everything's 2 for 1 and if you get a mixed drink (margarita, rum/coke, jack/coke, etc) you can double it and get one big glass, instead of 2 smaller ones. The only major downside is that there aren't any happy hour deals on their food. The appetizers are all pretty good - especially considering most of it is "bar food." During big sporting events/games it gets pretty rowdy and packed with fans.

Pros: Strong drinks, great happy hour (4-8pm everyday), friendly/social crowd

Cons: Only 1 bathroom for girls (but you can sneak into the guys if you're desperate), street parking, tables are first come-first serve (so go early!)

Ok, the atmosphere is primarily UCLA students/alumni. The staff is friendly and especially to the guys (make that tip girls). The food is horrible! We ordered the chicken wings and let's say it was a shame the chickens were sacrificed (order them next door at Q's). We ordered something else but my memory blocked that out entirely. We went during Super Bowl (a year or two ago) and even though it was crowded, there was no drama. We got there early enough to find a great table.

Pros: Service

Cons: Food, parking

Almost always crowded with UCLA students, this place rocks! The food is unexcpectidly delicious! wings and Natchos are my favorites! High volume of people guaranties fresh food! Margharittas are tasty and large enough for the money! Music varies from 80's rock and ballads to newer tunes but it always energetic and a great background for conversations. Waitresses are friendly and service is great for a bar. Only drawback is that it will take you a while to grab a table...but hey, once again it's a bar!

Pros: Food, music, service, atmosphere

Cons: semi-con: takes a while to get a table

It was a cool sit down sports place. Its not a place where u would want to go on a saturday night. The Happy hour was insane 2 for 1 everyday from 4pm to 8 pm. The atmosphere felt like i was in spring break. The service is cool and they had plenty of sports even soccer which was cool.

Pros: Good Happy hour, Plenty of sports, Good service

Cons: Kinda pricy, Parking, Seating

My husband, a friend and myself went there today for lunch. The whole mexican/sports bar thing works well. The outer seating is nice and they have heaters. There is a t.v viewable from EVERY angle, so if you want to catch a few games, you'll get it. Go early and there's no crowd. The atmoshpere and conversation were great, but the food was bland and unoriginal. The fajita sandwhich had no flavor and the burger was just a burger. The server was great though. Sweet and very welcoming. The guy behind the bar was a bit of a jerk though. Not much parking unless you valet. If you love atmosphere, want to watch the game and have a few drinks, but don't care much about the food, this is the place to go.

Pros: Great Atmosphere, Good Service, Go early, no crowd.

Cons: Bland Food

I've only been here for happy hours which features a twenty-something crowded bar, 2 for 1 drinks, and tasty appetizers. The atmosphere is great and the service is friendly. You can either stay inside or sit by the outside patio area. There's also an upstairs they open up when it's crowded or on the weekends.

Pros: Drink specials, Food, Service

Cons: Sometimes too crowded

Excellent place, cool crowd, great food, ive been there with a group of friends and another time with a date and both times were very good. The colors, the music, the nice margaritas make you feel as if you're right at the beach, feet in the sand. Reasonable prices for food, drinks and valet parking, everybody seems relaxed and easy to talk to, what else is there to say? Just go!

Pros: value, atmosphere, cheap valet
