i was tortured about writing this review b/c i know these guys and they could literally find me and kick my [edit: butt] if they didn't like it :P ha ha...but i thought if i rounded up to 4 from a 3.5, it would be ok :) i've trained here now and then for the last few yrs. the instructors here for kickboxing, mma, and bjj are fo real talented and professional fighters. so ur gonna get some of the best training. also am impressed with the number of girls who are in there who are some serious [edit: business]! overall, people in here train hard. it puts u in the mood to be focused and work! but i guess i never really got into the place cuz it's above my price range, the floor is gross (really, there *is* bl00d sweat and tears embedded in the mats), and i just never really cliqued with the atmosphere of the gym. but that's just my personal thing.
