This is the way to buy a car!

Mpower couldn't have made this process any easier. They found out what was important to me, kept me informed of what was available through the auction, and took care of me like family. They guided me completely through the process, including all the paperwork and financing and even refunded an amount they accidentally overcharged on the registration weeks later (I would have never known about it!)

I ended up with a beautiful, pre-owned car that is like brand new and I love driving... and I paid less than wholesale!! The whole process took less than a week from the time I called them.

Andy and his team are awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle with minimal headache and maximum value.

A very rare auto repair shop.

These guys are truly great businessmen and I would not trust my BMW 325 to anyone else. They're straight shooters, do great work, are completely honest and trustworthy, and are fairly priced, which is a rare combination of attributes for an auto repair shop. I expect to pay a little more for servicing because I own a BMW, but these guys make it a pleasure and ultimately, they're not that high in price... certainly a much better deal than going to the dealer. The first time I took my car in, there were things that they could have easily charged me for but instead investigated the possibility of it still being in warranty and sure enough, it was and that saved me over a thousand dollars. Another time, I sent my wife in to get some bulbs replaced and they dropped everything, did it on the spot and refused to accept payment for it. Way above and beyond the standard practice of auto shops, but these are the kind of people that I'm grateful to have found and they have earned my complete loyalty. Hence this glowing review! I hope they stay in business forever :)

• Pros: honest, trustworthy. Excellent service, fairly priced.
• Cons: I have not experienced any cons in my dealings so far.

Honest

M POWER is a great place to take your car. They are honest, which is rare in the auto serivice business. I had a great experience taking my BMW there and would reccomend it HIGHLY to anyone.

CROOKS!! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP

Beware of this "Authorized" BMW Service Facility. They are a fraud. The other reviews on this site were written by the Sales people themselves and the owner.

I believed the reviews and a friend's recommendation. What I didn't know was that my friend only had their oil changed at this shop and never a serious repair.

This shop took my money and did not repair my car. As a matter-of-fact, the car was returned to me in WORSE condition and I had to pay another repair facility to undo the damage they had caused and repair the car. I was without a car for two weeks! And my expenses mounted with the rental car I had to pay for.

My friend that referred me to the dealership suffered similar problems with their car and I referred another friend around the same time that I had my car repaired and all three of us were ripped off. This dealership charged us with a "computer diagnostics" fee close to $100 each, not including the hundreds of dollars I paid them to ATTEMPT to repair my vehicle. Then, they couldn't repair it and kept giving me different estimates of what they THOUGHT was wrong with the car. What was the computer diagnostics fee for if they didn't have a computer tell them EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle??? Again, they ripped us all off.

Beware.

Honest, Knowledgeable, and Excellent BMW service

Andy and his awesome crew will always take care of you when you bring your car to MPower. He will be straight up with you on what you need to do, as well as don't need to do, to keep your BMW in tip-top shape!

I have been going to them for five years, even when I lived in San Diego. The service and knowledge Andy brings to the table is exceptional; BMW's are his passion and it shows!

The dealership would have charged me anywhere from 30%-45% more on many of the repairs and services I have had done at MPower.

I have had my BMW services done at MPower, repairs done at MPower, bought my tires for my BMW at MPower and ALWAYS leave a happy client.

Also, Andy is exceedingly accomodating:

I had to have my car towed there one time, and they stayed open to get my car in that evening. Where do you get service like that today?

People who have a BMW warranty, you can bring your car to MPower and have the services covered under your warranty at MPower.

I highly recommend Andy and MPower.

I've Been Going to M Power For So Long, They Are Like Family!

Andy and all of the guys at M Power are exceptionally easy to work with and I feel that they look out for my best interest. I just bought my 2nd car from them and could not be happier. They worked with me on getting me the best price and financing and have gone above and beyond on so many occasions I would never think of taking my car anywhere else. Friends of mine, BMW and VW drivers, have been very happy with the service they received and found that Andy's prices were the best around. I recommend them to everybody and would be hard pressed to come up with ANYTHING negative to say!

• Pros: fair prices, quick and accurate service, stand behind the work, easy to deal with
• Cons: they are in Burbank but worth the drive!

Amazing Service!!

Mpower is fantastic! They are honest, trustworthy and specialize in BMW genuine parts and service. As a girl who knows NOTHING about cars, I often get taken advantage of, but not here! I will be taking my car to Mpower for everything from now on!

Great response, best customer service

the best place to go to.

I had to replace micro filters in my car. was referred to MPower by one of my friends. The service was very fast. Andy is the best with his politeness, detailed explanation and honesty. I recommend it as the best place for any service.

Best BMW dealer/service

My experience of buying a BMW from Mpower BMW was extraordinary. After visiting more than half a dozen dealerships (BMW and others) and test driving numerous cars, I hadn?t found a used BMW in the condition I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay. Then I visited Mpower. It was not at all like the other places I shopped. Andy , the gentleman I dealt with, was thoroughly knowledgeable about BMW?s and had all the answers that I couldn?t get from other dealers. When I passed on the car I had gone to see, he suggested another car. It was totally clean and beautiful, but had a manual transmission and I don't drive stick. He didn't give up. He told me he would find me the car I wanted at the price I set, and he did. No BS, no bait and switch, and not a trace of the smarmy, sleazy factor you encounter at so many other car dealers. This guy is not a salesman - he loves and knows all about cars - especially BMWs. Andy found me the car of my dreams. I ended up with a spotless used 2005 BMW convertible and I couldn't be happier. There is no way I would buy another BMW or take my car for service anywhere else. For service, honesty, and value , no one beats Mpower. I don't even live in the valley - but I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Andy is my car guy - period.

One in a million !!!!!

Not wanting to be held captive by the big BMW dealers,I started looking on this sight for an independent

BMW mechanic .Lets face it, its hard enough to find a good mechanic,yet alone an honest one.At Mpower BMW you get both. I went there with a cooling system problem and expecting the worst ,they found the problem and repaired it the same day .They could of told me it was major problem ,and made a couple thousand off me,but they didnt ,They are honest and that goes a long way as far as I'm concerned ,I highly recommend Mpower BMW .
