Mellow but eclectic vibe - the owners, Nigel and Daria seem very involved but also very low key and approachable. Everyone seems very much interested in your happiness and comfort as a client. Both Ram and Jolene give incredible private pilates sessions.
Pros: Great instructors, Involved owners, Knowledgeable
Cons: Not a full gym, Street parking

I had a great experience! The owners are very relaxed and enjoyable to be around. My yoga class with YogiDana was the best I've had in a long time. Thank you!

I had never done anything like this before. I stumbled across these guys through a friend and I must admit that it has changed my life forever. The downtown loft location is perfect..it sets the mood and is the best venue. I have also used the beverly studio which is very well decked out and another very handy location. The staff are so professional and train to very high standards (this is what sets this place apart) and I have been surprised with the level of strength, agility and mental stamina/relaxation that I have achieved over the past 2 months. The team provide great results in a superb environment AAAAAAA++++
Pros: professional, atmosphere, accomodating

I stumbled upon this wonderful downtown yoga/pilates while visiting a friend in the Little Tokyo Lofts. I decided to attend a Saturday class and absolutely loved the expereince. The studio is located in a loft space, very intitmate setting, smaller classes, lots of personal attention and the owners are down to earth and very accomodating. I was greeted with a warm cup of tea and a very friendly welcome. The yoga was outstanding and far beyond what I paid for. I also loved the Whole Body Gallery concept. Whether you desire yoga, pilates, healing, message or even ear candeling... you will get it there. I would sincerely recommend checking them out!
Pros: Affordable, Unique

Great place to workout. Classes are very small so its like getting your own personal trainer except not paying full price for it. Great trainers with wonderful attitude and always works on what your needs are. I recommend this place to everyone even if you haven't tried yoga or pilates before, this is the place to go! I just love it!
Pros: Inexpensive classes, not crowded, great trainers
Cons: parking

I started a program called the body and life makeover a few months ago at their downtown location. Not only is it the most amazing workout space ever, the team of instructors are changing my body and attitude to life. I love all the my talented " friends". Natalie, Nigel, Milla, Ram- they are the best. It real, loving and challanging.
Pros: Excellent staff, Amazing space, Conscious training

Whole Body Gallery trains its teachers as well as certifying others in Pilates. This makes sure that your instructor knows exactly what he or she is doing. But they offer more than Pilates. I have been working with a fantastic trainer there for four years and I have been able to retain and regain so much more physical agility than my friends ten years (or more) younger than I.
Pros: Gyrotronics, Kundalini Yoga, Attitude

I signed up for a body progam and what I got was a complete life program. I have done pilates, massage, had Daria come to my house to help me re-organize and get rid of the clutter. Thanks for the changes so far.
Pros: nicely different, studio is amazing, program works
