Good for acne rosacea

My dermatologist actually referred me to Celibre. He was using an IPL for my Acne Rosacea and dry skin and I was not improving. I did not get my hopes up because I have tried a lot of treatments. My skin always looks chapped and nothing has been able to improve it. What I liked about the approach was that Lori, my nurse, did not start me on the laser treatments until we went over everything I was using on my face first to determine if something could be making the dryness worse. I was using a lot of products and we eliminated a few of them before starting the laser treatments. Three months later, I am happy to say that my skin has improved by leaps and bounds. The dryness and cracking is gone (maybe because of both the products I eliminated and the lasers) and my skin looks much fresher and younger with no irritation. I am sticking to a maintenance program of laser treatments every couple months to keep my skin looking the way it is now and I would recommend that to others with Acne Rosacea.

First time Botox Patient

I went to Celibre the first time I tried Botox. I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time, but Michelle the nurse that treated me was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to share her knowledge and experience and I liked that. She helped to get rid of the anxiety I had. I was worried about the lines around my eyes on the sides and after the treatment they were gone. I will be visiting again soon.

Me and a friend went to Celibre about 3 years ago. It was about a 40 min drive from Fullerton.

On our consultation I spoke with a male worker in a white laboratory coat. I don't think he was an actual Doctor but was dressed like one. We discussed on what procedure me and my friend were wanting. As I was talking to him he did not see very professional, he did not look at me in the eyes as much and I remember his hand shake being very weak.

Me and my friend went in for laser acne treatment. I found this company by googling and their website seemed very professional. So first the person quoted me at around $3000 for each of us. Then he told us there was a payment plan with no interest. So he provided the phone and we called on the spot. I was approved for $5000 instantly, but my friend did not get approved. The worker than told me he will let us do it for $5000, which was under my credit, for both of us. And we stupidly agreed to it. When he mentioned he would do both of us for $5000 because he knew I got approved, it sounded to me that he was being a salesman and was prob getting commission off of us.

We went in for our sessions and it did seem like it was somewhat working. We did get a little less oil off our faces. But as i remember after a little less than a year of treatment, they told us that it was finished. At that time me and my friend knew that we were still getting blemishes and it seemed like we should have had more treatments, but we agreed to it because they said it will get better as time goes by.

Now its been over 3 years and i'm getting frequent breakouts and I sitll have oily skin. I still have acne scars and red spots. I am very unsatisfied and should have been smarter and have done more research on choosing a good acne place. I still get e-mails from them with deals but I ignore them all because this place just wants your money.

And to the male worker who gave us the consultation, from the beginning I knew by you not giving us eye contact and that weak handshake that i remember, that you were more of a salesman. I really think you should be fired, unless you have already been fired in that 3 year time gap.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I never have or will. I tell my many friends, colleagues etc to never goto this place.

None of this is bullsh*t. We were guaranteed out of that workers mouth that we won't break out anymore, have less oily skin, and have better results on our acne scars. None of this is true.

It is very disappointing to us, as it is to our patients, when a laser treatment program does not work the way we hope it will. This is very unfortunate and leads to unhappy patients. Our obligation in presenting our services is to help our patients understand our treatment program and the likelihood that they will respond favorably to it (80% of our acne patients respond well). These two patients agreed to move forward after signing consent forms that clearly stated that there is no guarantee for the service, after they were told that there is no cure for acne, after they were made aware that 20% of patients do not respond well and after they signed a treatment plan stipulating that additional treatments may be required in the future. While we empathize with any patient that does not achieve their goals, we try our best to deliver a service that will achieve those goals. We are sorry that we did not meet these patients' expectations in this case.

Michelle was amazing throughout my treatments. She has a very special way of interacting with her patients and I really appreciate everything Celibre has done for me.

Reworked Injection Product

I am a patient at Celibre Medical receiving Juvederm injections. I went to Celibre for the lines on the side of my nose. They injected me with Restylane but I did not think the results were good. I was already scheduled for a checkup after 2 weeks and when I went back I asked the nurse what she thought. She agreed with me that the results were not very good and agreed to replace the Restylane with Juvederm to try and get better results. This is why I am writing and rating Celibre with a 4 stars. They worked with me and replaced the Restylane because they also saw a lack of results with the intial injection.

• Pros: Willing to redo the work.

Expectations Matched Results

I had acne laser treatments at Celibre. The lasers worked for me but unpredictability always factors in. The staff were kind and not trying to sell me more treatments all the time, which was good. They also helped me with expectations that matched the treatments. The only negative was that it was more than I expected to pay.

Botox and Restylane - Will not go anywhere else.

I came to Celibre for Botox and Restylane. I have Botox for fine lines around the eyes and Restylane for the creases around the nose and mouth. The thing I appreciate most about Celibre is the honest feedback I receive from Lori during our appointments. Even when the news is bad (like bruising from treatment) she's always realistic with me. In the past couple years I have met all the staff at the Celibre office and I have found every one to be attentive and caring, so much so that I have brought them lunch from my restaurant several times. Tamara has made it easy for me to schedule appointments that work within my schedule and Lori has been as delicate as can be with my injections. I have referred my best friend and would refer more people if they had the $$!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Ok I am that guy that normally bashes businesses on the internet because a lot of businesses are so horrible that people need to know about them. This is the opposite with celibre: the staff is so friendly and caring that I am actually taking the time to comend them for it. Some people are saying that this business is a scam: NOT TRUE AT ALL!! I received very good results with my treatment (I had rosacea), and the nurse even did a follow up call a month later to see how I was doing. She remembered me very clearly and how I was going out of town following that treatment. The nurse is both NICE and VERY well knowledgable when it comes to skin conditions and is able to thoroughly answer any question you have. some businesses out there will give you a feeling that you are being dooped into spending money and they display this sort of fake kindness....but celibre is very genuine with customer service and you will notice it....guarenteed. as to any who did not notice results....lasers take time and the effects depend on the skin type and severity of the problem....but when you fully committ to getting great skin results through lasers, your results will be MUCH MUCH MUCH greater than any other treatment plan. altought i say that they are somewhat pricey....they are NOT outright unaffordable and the results are definitely worth the money. with me for example, $600 dollars reduced my facial redness by 95%...but every treatment plan is different so scedule a free consultation. i know this sounds like I work for the business, but i swear I do not, i just feel like commending a great business

So often in a practice as large as ours (several thousand patients), the patients most motivated to tell an in depth story about our organization are the ones that are unhappy with us for one reason or another.
