Avoid if possible!!!

Went to get a visa thru them for brazil on sept. 21st and didn't get the visa until Nov. 4th. Should of waited for the online appointment thru the consulate myself. They promised visa within 3 weeks and after the fourth week i started calling and they just gave me the run around telling me to call the following day. Worst possible service anyone can ask for. Had to cancel my trip because of them!

These Guys are Life Savers

When I booked my tickets to go to Brazil, I didn't know that not only did I need a visa to Brazil as a US citizen, but my passport also needs to have six remaining months of validity. So here I was with a passport with only one month left for it to expire, and no visa to Brazil. There was no way I could both renew my Passport, and get a Brazil visa in this short of a time. I started scrambling and calling around and these guys came highly recommended. To make a long story short, I didn't believe them when they said they could do it, but I went over with all the requirements and they came through earlier than I thought! I can't be thankful enough. They're courteous, professional, and know what they're doing. I will be recommending them to anyone that I know.

Ambassador gets it done

This place definitely gets it done. Everyone at Ambassador is working their butts off to get you where you need to go. Last summers I decided to book a flight to Brazil but didn't know you had to apply for a visitor's visa and couldn't apply for it anyway because it wouldn't come in time. However, they informed me that I could get it in 3 days which is good because I only had 4 days. Yeah- I booked my flight one week in advance and yeah it was expensive but it was all worth it. The point here is that with their determination and experience, Ambassador will get it done. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Referral

I work for a travel agency and I sent few of my clients over for them to process their passports and visas. They were really easy to deal with and friendly and knowledgable. # 1 Passport and Visa Company

Last month, a few of the attorneys and staff in our firm needed to travel nurgently to India for business meetings and negotiations. However, what we didn't realize what the amount of time it takes to obtain a visa. Everybody, including other visa companies told us that it cannot be done in the short amount of time we had. Actually, we were told by more than one company that "no one in the US can do it". After contacting Ambassador Passport and Visa Services, I was very surprised to find out that they could do it. Anyhow, they came through and we all made our trips...thank you very much!

Just felt that people should this,. As a token of my appreciation I have since recommeded them to many other friends and associates in my field and we certainly will be coming to them for out future passport and visa needs.

Life Savers- Highly Recommended!

We had a purchased tickets for a Brazil vacation, and with a week and half left, we realized that not only did we need to get visas as well (our travel agent did not tell us), but my wife also needed to have extra visa pages added to her passport. After checking with both the Brazilian Consulate and Passport Agency, we realized that we would have to cancel the vacation because there wasn't enough time to even get a visa. Fast, Easy, Friendly

I've never had a passport before in my life. All I did was call them. They sat with me on the phone and explained everything to me. I sent them the paperwork they needed and 4 days later I had my passport in my hand. They were so professional, patient, and extremely helpful. We were filming a Show in Brazil, and our actors and staff needed their passports done as well as the visas issued.
