I've never had a passport before in my life. All I did was call them. They sat with me on the phone and explained everything to me. I sent them the paperwork they needed and 4 days later I had my passport in my hand. They were so professional, patient, and extremely helpful. I will be contacting them for my renewal and for any visas I may need in the future. Thank you so much Ambassador Passport and Visa. I've already told 3 of my friends about you!
