Duck and apple ravioli was amazing. Excellent service. Waiter brought us complimentary wine and dessert. Very quaint and nice.

Who says the French are stuffy? At this bright, tiny storefront cafe, owners Philippe Drey and Fabien Guoy will make you feel as though you've just stepped into their home. (And since at least one of them is always here, it sort of is.) Hidden along the quiet south side of Robertson, the space is a far cry from chic--old Parisian photos, clusters of local awards framed for all to see, a faux cherry blossom tree right in the middle of the room--but its untrained simplicity is where its charm lies. The menu spans breakfast to dinner with morning options like croissants, French toast and omelets, afternoon favorites such as a strawberry-and-spinach salad, and dinnertime dishes like stuffed chicken breast and crepe Suzette. A more unusual offering is the specialty Alsatian pizza, made either traditionally with bacon, onions and sour cream, or with salmon, tomato and mushroom. But whatever you order, it's good to note that food always seems to taste better when served by a cute guy with a French accent.

First of all, the staff is awesome!!! they are always so friendly specially Philip, he knows how to make you feel confortable. The food is really good also, it what makes this small place different. I tried several dishes and from now I never been disappointed. You should definitely check this place during the week end, it s more fun. Not a fan of the onion soup because they do not melt the cheese and just put it on the side but the rest of the food there is simple but delicious. Just practice your french there, it s a great way to learn !!!

  • Pros: price, food, Philip
  • Cons: onion soup

So, I WANT this place to be good, I do. However, every time I've been here, I'm so disappointed! The menu is alright; the food is just blah; the ambiance is not that great. I LOVE breakfast food; I go through the week looking forward to breakfast on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays; this place just does NOT do it for me. I don't understand HOW it gets rated Best of CitySearch!

Cafe Flore is a gem in Beverly Hills. The menu is great. Walk in, get seated, and let them serve it up. Each course is delicious and the manager (or maybe owner) walks around to each and every table to make sure everything is perfect. Good for a date, or good for a group. But in the end, it's about the food and this place delivers on the flavor.

We dined there at the day of Halloween. It's a quiet and decent place, perfect place for dating. As most people said, the server are attentive and polite, We'd escargot stuffed mushroom for the appetizer, it like melt in your mouth. And orange duck and saffron chicken for the main course, they were good too. For the desert, we'd the bread pudding, my husband like it a lot. For this price and services, you could hardly find nowhere in Beverly Hill.

I went to this place for the first time a month or two ago and I am planning my next visit! The service was great and the food was mouth watering! We had the stuffed chicken and ravioli and both were delicious! It's quite smal inside but the ambience is romantic. You can also bring your own wine (and no corkage!), since they don't sell their own. Can't wait to go back!

Perfection! I have been a patron of Cafe Flore for years and have yet to have a meal that wasn't heavenly!

I've celebrated my birthday here, rented the entire cafe for my christmas party AND Fabien & Philippe have catered lunch to production crew and cast of BRAVO TV Reality show "WORKOUT" season 3.

The customer service is amazing and has not changed since the day they opened- unlike many beverly hills establishments that seem to get worse over time. I'm always greeted like a member of the family and have spent many hours dining and laughig with friends and family.

The entire staff greets you with a smile and very attentive to your every need.

I'm in love with every item on the menu and would eat there all day everyday if I could. The salmon is perfectly cooked, the mouth watering pumpkin ravoli will knock your socks off. Even the basic hamburger is moist and cooked just right. The french fries are out of this world! PERFECT everytime. Crispy, but not hard, seasoned and HOT! Whether you are grabbing a latte on the run or sitting down to a family dinner, CAFE FLORE is the best place to dine in Beverly Hills.

The desserts are sinful and should not be avoided! I'm guilty of pulling my car over on Robertson and eating the bread pudding before I get home.

I'm starting a petition for the cafe to be open 24 hours a day! It doesnt get any better than CAFE FLORE!

Yummy in my tummy!!!!!!

  • Pros: Sheer perfection!
  • Cons: honestly, NONE!
