This page is definitely manufactured. I went to this salon because it has so many great reviews and I was thouroughly disappointed. I asked for sunkissed blonde highlights, especially around my face and I got very thin, ashy highlights that looked gray. It was awful. I walked out of the salon looking and feeling worse than when I came in. I didn't say anything because after seeing the end result, there was no way I wanted Alina touching my hair again. I immediately got the highlights fixed at another salon. Don't be decieved by these fabulous reviews.
- Pros: alina is very friendly and fun
- Cons: technique
Don't believe the hype

Been here before, got a mediocre at best haircut and horrible highlights--super tacky. This salon MUST write their own reviews. It is not possible she has this volume of positive reviews. Especially since last time I tried to post mine she had it removed. It's a sham.

Why don't you write about what exactly happened to your hair and what your experience was at the salon? We would have fixed your problem. I am not sure why you would assume we write our own reviews, since all of our clients are return clients and they seem to have been happy with our services. I don't think any business owner would actually be able to come up with so many different experiences that a client would have.
Again if there are any issues you may call the salon and we will be happy to assist you.

I asked to be seen by a senior stylist, and was given an appointment with a woman who had to repeatedly ask me what style of hair cut I wanted as if she had early-onset Alzheimers--I'm talking every 3 seconds, over-and-over. She had me switch gowns twice--I still don't know why. She was flighty, nervous, and did not even know how to work the chair or sink to wash my hair. She clearly had no idea what she was doing and the receptionist kept hovering around as if she was babysitting. I left before she could do any damage. There was NO WAY she was a senior stylist and it was professionally dishonest that I was booked with her in light of my request.

As the owner of the salon, I would like to apologize for your experience. My stylists are all Vidal Sassoon trained and I wouldn't have hired them otherwise. They have been tested and trained under intense supervision. I am aware of what happened today at the salon and asked my receptionist and the stylist about the incident. You asked for long layers she said! The stylist you were assigned to has recently moved here from another country and is still adjusting to the English language, she wanted to make sure she understood you, also, that's probably the reason why my receptionist may have been hovering around to see if she needs translation. But to assure you she is a senior stylist since she has been doing hair for over ten years. Alina
