styling fee?

Usually, the price of a cut/color includes styling. I have never been charged an extra fee for this. I was shocked to know my bill was $40 more than what was quoted for a cut/color.

Although, the cut/color was pretty good.

We would really like to apologize for this matter, since our cuts do include styling. I assume our receptionist has made a mistake and would have wished that you would have brought that to our attention upon checking out. We will check our records and if someone has gotten an extra charge, we will gladly credit them.
