The ambience is absolutely beautiful!! Unfortunately, the service is not! When I arrived I was very impressed by the overall look of the spa. I felt relaxed and excited about the treatment I was about to recieve. I was not greeted with a warm welcome. I stayed in the lobby for about 15 mins before anyone asked why I was there. When I approached the front desk the receptionist seemed more concerned about upgrading my spa package and chatting with her associates about their plans for the weekend. I was then approached by another lady who tried to talk me into a "complimentary" make up session after my spa treatment (I'm assuming this is to sell me cosmetics) she was kind of aggressive and I had to firmly tell her no thankyou! I was finally taken back to the facial room and the music was so loud that I couldn't relax. I went ahead and jumped up to turn it down. I was left lying in the room for about 15 mins before the technician came in. During my facial I was bombarded with questions when I just wanted to relax. She kept talking so much I had to just tune her out. I also got a micro dermabrasion treatment from a lady who strongly suggested it would be the best I've ever recieved. This was probably the worst point of the entire treatment. She was very rough and I actually ended up going home with mild scratches on my face ... I was so tense from the treatment I wasn't able to relax at all and at one point where I thought they were supposed to masage your neck while the product was penetrating, she sat down and read a magazine ?!?!?! What?? This was a very costly treatment which I rarely treat myself too and I was completely disappointed. I definitely would NOT recommend this facility ... you will leave with an empty feeling and empty wallet ...

i was looking for the best hair stylist for my prom i tried different places till i found the one that is truly the best,that would be ZIZI. I gave ZIZI a magazine picture and told her to do my hair like that, not only she made it the way i wanted but even better, she is very creative and lovely i got lot of complements from my hair and also she did my eyebrows and i have to tell you i never been this pretty in life before i felt very good and confident and that is why i am taking my time to write this because i think there are lot of you out there that want to find the best for you and ZIZI did that for me and i found her and I'm very glad i did! I've been telling all my friends about her.

She is great with hair extensions, color and cut and permanent straightening. Her latest tecnique in hair extensions is best! She is a caring stylist with a lot of experience and patience. You will love your hair every time Nadia does it and enjoy your time spent with her. Aspect beauty salon is very lucky to have a professional like Nadia working for them. Vanessa.

If you are looking for a great hair cut and color, go to Nadia at Aspect. She is the most skilled and caring stylist I have ever been to. She listens to your ideas but also can help lead you if you don;t know what you want. She is truly the best!

If you are looking for a great hair stylist and want the confidence of knowing that you will get what you want every time, go to Nadia. I have Asian hair, cut in an angled bob. I've been to other stylists and asked for this cut, but no one is as good as she is. She takes her time and has a great eye for making it perfect. It's cut so well that it looks good until my next haircut. I've gotten many compliments on how good it looks. She's so nice and so friendly - you'll feel comfortable the first time you meet her. I won' t go to any other stylist - she's the best!

Cons: charge full price of service for cancellations with less than 24 hrs. notice

I've been going to this place for a year now. I love the hopitality and the great service they provide. Starting with Susan who's an awesome Manager. Zizi, the greatest eyebrow threader, Nadia for her fabulous haircoloring and cut and Courtney for the best facial. Love these women!! If you haven't been there, what are you waiting for??

Pros: Excellent service, attention to detail and good conversations.

Cons: NONE!

Look for Julie Nelson @ Aspect Beauty in 14006 Riverside Dr. #273 Sherman Oaks, CA 91423...She will give you the best service that you will ever have in a salon. She makes you feel comfortable, she talks to you like your her long lost friend...excellent!!! In addition, everyone who works there are really friendly; they make you feel at home and most importantly they care about you!!! Especially Julie, a lot of my friends and family liked what she did to my hair...not a lot of stylist are really good when it comes to men's hair...but I'm telling you she will treat your hair like a piece of art!!! Excellent!!! Please I 100% recommend this place....Thank you!!!

I needed to cut my hair and get beautiful highlights, and so one of my friends that went to aspect once introduced me to ZIZI, and told me all about her good work. ZIZI not only she cut my hair the way I wanted but even better than what I expected with breath taking highlights, she gave my eyebrows the best shape possible and after that I have been getting lot of complements and people tell me I look 10 times younger than before. ZIZI not only is good at what she does but she has the best personality and sense of humor and I had a very good time with her. I can't appreciate her enough.
