Great idea - acter-work spa
by katwalk65
Great idea, super nice people -- you can get a massage after work. They sell good products and support local artists (there is a great vintage vibe to the place -- I really liked the Betty Crocker cookbook turned into a journal from the 1970s).
A little oasis after a hard day;
- Pros: Hours, quaint set up, feel down-home feel
- Cons: Not big enough space
Nitespa Rocks!!
by cndypez
I love Nitespa. I never take the time to write reviews but after three years of amazing manis, pedis, facials, waxing and massages I feel it is time for me to share how wonderful Nitespa is. Every time I walk through the door, it is as though I have entered my best friend's living room. Completely unpretentious, yet hip, cool, comfortable and professional are some of the things that come to mind. Relaxing with a glass of cabernet while my feet get pampered, what could be better? Check it out...you'll be happy you did.
- Pros: Best sevices and ambience all in one!
Great vibe, extra special service

I love nitespa!!! Where else can you get a pedi or massage late night? The space is adorable, a cute little bungalow that is girly but not too girly, done in pinks and browns. I first came to nitespa for a friend's birthday party. There were 8 of us and we all took turns getting manis, pedis, massages, and tarot readings. it was so much fun I kept coming back. The staff is hip, but unpretentious, and very accomodating. I've tried a little bit of everything and I really have no complaints. The facials leave my skin glowing, the waxing hurts a lot less than other places I've been, and the polish on my pedicures lasts for weeks.
I will say that it is a LOT different than most spas, so if you are expecting a typical spa experience it may not be for you. It's very laid-back and intimate, so you may find yourself making friends with the person next to you at the pedi station (as I did last time I was there!) The staff is never rushed and is able to devote a lot of attention to clients. It really feels like you are at your cool girlfriend's house for beauty night! It's a great place to have a small party or to just unwind after work with a glass of wine and some pampering. Oh, yeah, did I mention they serve wine?
The Coolest Girls on Abbot Kinney work at NiteSpa!
by venicequeen
Nite Spa is awesome!! Finally a spa in LA with zero attitude. You feel like you are in a cozy house with good music and even a glass of wine if you feel so inclined! My personal fave is the hydrating facial. Danielle is the best esthetician I have ever been too!! Be sure to call ahead so you can get her. And if you live in Venice, like me, its only a bike ride away!
Hidden Beauty
by mustlovedogtown
I stumbled upon this little cottage spa by chance. The staff was very sweet and went out of their way to get me in for a last minute appt for a facial. It was very relaxing and the aesthetician Danielle took her time to do a great consultation and a super detailed facial. I later tried a deuxe pedicure and found it to be much better and very different from those factory type quickie places. Sure it was more expensive, but so worth it. Sometimes when I go out to eat I go to In N Out Burger; most of the time i go to a nicer place. The same with my spa services. I want clean and quality and that is what nitespa is. very Vip, intimate one on one attention.
- Pros: The place is very special. Staff is super.
- Cons: sometimes they are booked and not always open til midnight unless you call ahead
Secret Hot Spot- Paking under construction
by moonagedaydream
nitespa is a one-of-a-kind place. it is a very special little spa that I go to for all of my beauty needs- I have gotten waxed, manicured and massaged and have always been stoked by my experience. It is in the busy hip section of Abbot Kinney and up until now they have always had a free parking lot in the back. The last time I went I was very disappointed that the parking lot is under construction and I could not find a parking spot anywhere. Go try out nitespa- my secret spot- but make sure you give yourself enuf time to park- until the city of la completes that new lot!
- Pros: unique place
- Cons: no parking
Overpriced, Unprofessional
by bonbonkocev
I had a very intimate bachelorette party at Nitespa. The owner seemed to be drunk and was drinking when I made reservations and seemed to be drunk the night of our services. She had a camera crew in the small establishment during our services to promote the place, I felt very uncomfortable the entire time and a complete lack of regard to our comfort and satisfaction, the girls that performed the services were more accommodating but it didn't make up for what she did. The massage room has two tables but you can barely move around or get undressed and the pedicure wasn't worth the money! I was very disappointed in Nitespa especially considering the amount of money they charge. We didn't get a discount or gift or coupon or anything for her non professionalism, she didn't even act gracious. Maybe I was unfortunate to have booked on the particular night, but I still would not recommend that spa.
- Pros: Very fun 70's girly environment
- Cons: Overpriced and unprofessional
Night owls need pampering too: Go nocturnal at Abbot Kinney's seriously hip spa for an evening of lively self indulgence.

In Short
With cleverly titled treatments like "Dazed and Confused"--a combination skin facial and "rotisserie" back waxing--this super cool spa brings savvy Venice nightcrawlers a new way to relax. An in-house DJ, cocktails and vibrant decor bring a nightclub vibe to the hopping bungalow, hidden just off the main Abbot Kinney drag. Treatments range from several different types of facials, manicures and pedicures to waxes and makeup applications. "Knightspa" offerings cater to menfolk with the "MAN-icure" and skin treatments using masculine-smelling scents.
Incredible Facials, in a Refreshingly NON-pretentious Environment :)

Thank heaven for this place. I love spa services, but I hate attitude - and this place has nothing but happiness and love within its walls. I feel really comfortable when I walk into Nitespa, and love that they always do whatever they can to accommodate last-minute appointments and specific requests. Heather's facials are especially delicious...I don't have to bring the makeup bag with me to cover up Facial Abuse.
I really like their lemon water, too. Yum, yum. And getting really fantastic care and service for my money. xo, ladies.
- Pros: Ambiance, music, attentiveness, knowledge of products and services, scheduling
- Cons: Sometimes Heather goes on vacation. ;)
Super Cool Hot Spot
