We received a few estimates in replacing the pump, heater and filter,and by far OC pool& Spa won us over with there competitive price,service and dependability. Sol came and put in our equipment in one day, and fixed our waterfall, which no other service seemed to know how to fix. Our timer and pipes looked a little old next to the new equipment so Sol painted them to match! WOW! Thank You for everything.

Oh my God, there really is a pool service that you can rely on. I have hired several pool services but never have I been as pleased with the work performed by OC Pool & Spa. I really enjoy my pool more now than ever before. They are prompt, easy to talk to and very efficient. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to my friends.

Complete satisfaction! Is what I have received from Orange County Pool & Spa. I found this company through the local phone book I receive here in Brea, CA. Since hiring Orange County Pool & Spa almost 2 years ago they have been impressing me and I can honestly state they are head and shoulders above the rest!! Weekly pool service never skips a beat. The pool service man Bill is so polite. The acid wash and heater repairs were top notch. My friends who saw the pool before the acid wash and after insist it's been replastered, not acid washed. Keep up the good work guys! I would and will refer this company to anyone!!!

Our new spa system was installed and operational in one day. The old equipment was removed, and the entire area was left clean with zero impairment to our shrubs and flowers. The company is very customer service oriented and goes out of its way to be helpful. Since installation, the owner came to our house to provide further training on the operations of the equipment and was very helpful and patient with us. I would highly recommend this company.

I've had several pool services in years past. Most are nice people, and friendly but lack in other areas... Its been my experience that Orange County Pool & Spa excells in their business. They are friendly, accountable and dependable. As far as Im concerned, they have no competition.

I must compliment the professionalism and quality displayed by all those who work for Orange County Pools and Spas. I am retired and recently purchased a home with a pool in south Corona. The house had a pool which needed alot of work and full equipment upgrade. Orange County Pools and Spas acid washed my pool, matched and replaced some missing tiles. Removed all the old equipment and installed a state of the art wireless automated system with a salt chlorinator. The final result is spectacular! Orange County Pools and Spas was competitively priced, and they completed the project on time and to my satisfaction. We truly feel that we made the best choice with Orange County Pools and Spas and we enjoy our swimming pool and spa every day. Also, they always answer my questions and return my phone calls timely. I have been receiving consistent weekly service by Gabriel who is doing a wonderful job!

My spa's 'control box' burnt out. I called them, and Brian answered. He had me e-mail them some pictures, as he thought maybe it wasn't totally fried. He took the time to check the pictures out, and e-mail me what was needed. Very quick response also. I ordered a new control box (from a different vendor) and installed it myself. They wouldn't accept any money for helping me over the phone and via e-mail. I'm coming back to them if I ever need anything "big" that I can't handle. Top notch.

Orange County Pool & Spa is a pleasure to work with. From the initial phone call to the appointment very courteous. We called Orange County Pool & Spa in March 2007 after our poolman quit showing up and our pool turned green over the weekend. Jeff came out and as soon as we agreed on the price of the job he immediately started the work without delay. They have been excellent about calling me back when I have questions and in following up, showing up, and doing a great job for us!! I have already referred Orange County Pool & Spa to several friends and a neighbor who are also pleased. You guys are the best! Thanks Jeff and Brian

I have used many pool repair & service companies over the last 20 years and I can finally & honestly say, I have found the best of the best. I first called Brian at OCPS on a recommendation from a neighbor. The OCPS pool service employee is an A+ and my pool consistantly looks better than it ever has. When my salt cell quit a few months ago, Brian was at my poolside in 20 minutes. Then a couple months later, a major part in the salt system control box needed replacing. The replacement part quit also and the mfg. wanted to be paid for the second replacement, but Brian stepped up to the plate for me with the mfg. and the part was a n/c. And just recently, I replaced my filter to a larger and correct type per Brian's recommendation. The price was totally reasonable and included installation. Gave OCPS the OK and it was installed the next day by an OCPS employee who was very experienced, polite and a true professional. Was Brian just trying to sell me a filter? Not at all! It now takes half the time to heat the spa and the pool and my gas bill has come down because of that. And the pool is even cleaner looking to boot now that I replaced the cartridge filter with a larger and more efficient D.E. filter. I give OCPS my highest recommendation as a very professional, knowelegable, reasonably priced, and totally honest swimming pool company. They are a firm that cares what you think of them. And my compliments to its owner, Brian, a real gentleman.

We were very impressed with the service we received when we recently had to replace our pool heater and pump at our home. We contacted many companies, but Orange County Pools was the only one who visited our home, made suggestions and having done so left the final decision to us. Many questions followed, and answers were always forthcoming, with the result that we decided to use Orange County Pools for the job. From giving the go-ahead to the job being completed was less than 24 hrs - excellent service I would say. We are absolutely delighted with the professionalism shown even after the job was completed and would have no hesitation in recommending Orange County Pools to anyone!
