I went from hating my skin to actually getting compliments on it. I was very pleased with the results (acne and acne scars) and the staff.
Pros: Made me feel much better about my skin.

I first went here because I heard their advertisements all over the radio. The consultations were great, they seemed very helpful and made it seem like if the lasers didn't work that they would work with you until you are satisfied. Well after about 10 treatments, it wasn't working. They did a complimentary laser but it still didnt do any good. By the way I didnt have that much acne scarring and the last laser permanently burned my skin and left a mark on my forehead. I would never go back. The laser's they have are not up to date I think and they don't try to work with you so that you are happy with the results. They are more sales oriented. Total cost was about 4500 down the drain.
Pros: none
Cons: expensive and not very helpful once the money ran out

My acne is still a work in progress. Celibre helped me get it under control and now I am going to work on acne scars. Betsy was very friendly and personable. The staff was efficient and professional and I would recommend anyone considering laser acne treatments to visit Celibre.
Pros: Can work on scars now.

I am very happy with the results for my brown spots. not completely gone, but almost. The staff was excellent and very willing to listen to my concerns and they were always able to accommodate my schedule. I am referring friends.

I was treated at another medspa and it was horrible. The staff was so nice at Celibre and they have helped me manage my acne and helped my acne scars. Way to go Celibre. Thanks.

They are a GREAT staff. You feel comfortable and after the treatment you look your best. I am so happy. =) I feel so much better. They take care of you. Thanks a lot!

Everyone in the Orange office is extremely helpful and friendly. The scheduling is very covenient and flexible. Great customer service..

I am very pleased with the service and results I have received. Excellent staff. Very professional, knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable. Friendly and approachable. They are excellent and attentive and ready to answer any and all questions. Never had any problems scheduling/ rescheduling appointments.

Celibre is #1 in customer service. Great receptionist. Kind and knowledgeable mediacl staff. I am very satisfied with my results.
