not worth the money, waste of time

I first went here because I heard their advertisements all over the radio. The consultations were great, they seemed very helpful and made it seem like if the lasers didn't work that they would work with you until you are satisfied. Well after about 10 treatments, it wasn't working. They did a complimentary laser but it still didnt do any good. By the way I didnt have that much acne scarring and the last laser permanently burned my skin and left a mark on my forehead. I would never go back. The laser's they have are not up to date I think and they don't try to work with you so that you are happy with the results. They are more sales oriented. Total cost was about 4500 down the drain.
Pros: none
Cons: expensive and not very helpful once the money ran out

Although we can identify no patient in our database that fits this profile, do not offer services costing $4,500 and have not advertised on radio for over 2 years, we will respond to this comment nonetheless. We tell our patients that there is no cure for acne and that approximately 70% - 80% of our patients respond very well to our programs. This means that 20% to 30% don't. This success rate is very high for acne. This patient may have felt that the program was a waste of money for them, but approximately 80% of our patients do not agree. We are not sure about the comment regarding "lasers are not up to date" as all of the laser we use at Celibre work the best (in our experience) for the conditions we treat. We do see adverse results for our lasers in about 3 of 1,000 cases and the risks are addressed in handouts.
