I came to Virginia several months ago upon a recommendation from my doctor. I was experiencing horrible anxiety and fear and was struggling with some trust issues. I now feel like a different person thanks to Virginia. I am able to move forward in my life now with confidence and faith. I would recommend Virginia to anyone. She has also helped me with my eczema that I have been struggling with for 3 years now, it actually seems to be clearing up. No matter what you are struggling with in life, I believe Virginia can help.

I had never been to a hypnotherapist and didn't know what to expect. Virginia was so professional and to the point. (And always on time! I love it!) I like this combo. I'm a big fan of subconscious/spiritual work mixed with professionalism. She was all that! I came to her for sleep issues. Her work was so precise that we discovered what (or who, I should say) needed to be eliminated from my life and what needed more attention. The issue that needed more attention was my creative side. I was not tending to my creative side and it was wearing me down. I am now refreshed when I wake due to my deep sleep. I am more alive in every aspect of my life because I am in touch with a deeper part of myself. Life is good and I am co-creating it!

Pros: on time, effective, highly intuitive, professional, she is living her true purpose!

I have been seeing Virginia for approximately 2 months now and it has made a world of difference for me and my life. I feel extremely comfortable and safe with her and I have had many new realizations and breakthroughs with issues that have been stopping me for years. I love Virginia because she personalizes it specifically for my needs and I would highly recommend her to my friends, family and anyone looking for a hypnotherapist. Virginia is a highly skilled hypnotherapist, and has been helpful to me for a myriad of problems ranging from career difficulties to general malaise. I always come away from our sessions with a clearer sense of wellbeing and the ability to face whatever comes my way. I have experienced an increase of work opportunities as well as a happier home situation since incorporating Virginia's work into my life. Her work is always positive (I have had hypnotherapist's in the past use negative reinforcement, which did not work), relaxing and enjoyable. She garners my highest recommendation.

After suffering for years with an eating disorder, I decided to try hypnotherapy to get to the root of the problem deep in my subconscious. Plain old therapy was not working for me. So after some research, I found Virginia. After only one session my eating disorder was wiped out. Absolutely, the most fantastic life changing moment I have ever experienced! Virginia helped me get to the cause of my eating disorder that was lying deep in my sub-conscious. Virginia is an amazing and intuitive woman. She makes you feel safe. I recommend Virginia to anyone suffering any kind of eating disorder or addiction. If you are ready to heal yourself and make that change to live a more positive life, then Virginia is the one to guide you.

It is with great enthusiasm that I am recommending Virginia -- my hypnotherapist to anyone preparing for licensing exams such as the Bar and the like. A week before the July Bar, I was under a lot of stress. I was so overwelmed and stressed out by the enormous amount of materials that I had to memorized that my mind just shut off. I could not readily retrieve the information I memorized when doing practice questions. Many times, I had to re-read a question several times to register what was being asked. I was devastated. Then, a friend of mine suggested hypnotherapy and found Virginia. After the first session, I noticed the difference right away. Virginia helped me learn how to control my mind so I can stay calm in an exam setting. I was able to readily retrieve information stored in my mind and work thrifthy through a exam under the time pressure. Her session also helped me relax my body and mind. A close friend recommended hypnotherapy after I had experienced various other types of therapy (CBT, NET, talk, etc.). I scheduled an appointment with Virginia (she is great about working around your hours!), and I was able to "let go," achieve deep relaxation and begin work on my subconscious within two sessions. She has a very calming and nurturing spirit, yet she is very objective and clear. For me, this is an important balance -- so that I could feel comfortable enough to relax, yet feel that she is also trustworthy. Immediately after each session, I felt amazing - relaxed with a sense of tranquility. Days after each session, I remained relaxed and able to reflect on my session with her using a clear mind. My sleep also improved immensely. I went to Virginia with the specific goal to improve my self esteem. I saw her for many sessions before I (unfortunately) relocated. Within those sessions, I was able to learn about my childhood and how it is linked to who I am today. With Virginia's guided imagery, I was able to really see myself clearly, which has lead me to have better control of my life. This became particularly important as I decided to take a new job in a new city. In my experience, hypnotherapy has produced the quickest and most noticable results. With Virginia, I believe that a person can reach major breakthroughs in his/her life - I know that I did. I would definitely continue to see her on a regular basis if I still lived in the area.

Do you have flash-backs of situations in your past you would like to make undone? She is the person to reprogram your subconcious. It was amazing because my divorce and my ex hounted me for years: The memories of situations of my past when I had acted overemotional and over the top would keep me awake at night; or feeling sorry for what ever had happened so that it came to this brake up, made me cry years later. It took one session with Virginia to be able to loose the ghosts of the past and be able to look positively into the future. She gave me the positive outllook back which I had lost over dwelling about the past. Thank you, Virginia

So I must admit I was a bit aprehensive about this type of therapy but I must admit that I am now a true believer! This is coming from a guy who smoked a pack a day for over 11 years. I tried quitting a few times before but it was hard and never lasted. I really see that my one session with Virginia worked becuase this time around quitting has been a lot easier! I dont even have the mood swings I used to get!! I now look at smoking in a different way and do not think about how I cant smoke but how I dont really want to! My advice to anyone who reads this is... Give it a try because it really works!!

I have had a skin condition for many years that more recently was causing self loathing, embarrasment, even disgust. I have a wonderful man in my life and he was treating me to a trip to Jamaica. I was dreading the trip since I knew I would have to wear clothing (or the lack thereof) that would reveal my skin condition. Within 4 hypnotherapy sessions with Virginia, I was able to break through the negative thoughts about myself and my skin. For the first time I was able to hold a vision of my skin being healthy and CLEAR, an important step in the healing of it. I wasn't able to do this before these sessions. As a result, I went to Jamaica with a suitcase filled with sundresses, shorts and a bathing suit! I shocked my boyfriend. We had so much fun and it felt really great to be "comfortable in my own skin". I recommend Virginia to anyone who wants to have a shift in any area of life where having that shift could make all the difference in the world. The ripple effects of even a small shift can be tremendous. As I think about it now I wonder if my own ability to see beyond the surface had something to do with the marriage proposal from my boyfriend a few months after that trip and a beautiful wedding we celebrated this past September. One never knows just how far a little change can go.
