It is with great enthusiasm that I am recommending Virginia -- my hypnotherapist to anyone preparing for licensing exams such as the Bar and the like. A week before the July Bar, I was under a lot of stress. I was so overwelmed and stressed out by the enormous amount of materials that I had to memorized that my mind just shut off. I could not readily retrieve the information I memorized when doing practice questions. Many times, I had to re-read a question several times to register what was being asked. I was devastated. Then, a friend of mine suggested hypnotherapy and found Virginia. After the first session, I noticed the difference right away. Virginia helped me learn how to control my mind so I can stay calm in an exam setting. I was able to readily retrieve information stored in my mind and work thrifthy through a exam under the time pressure. Her session also helped me relax my body and mind.
