I've searched long and hard to find a hairstylist that can transform my hair and I've found him! All my friends and even complete strangers have complimented my hair. He is well worth the money and the drive! I can't stress how much he has changed my hair from blah to gorgeous. He took my dry, overprocessed hair with an unmanagible cut and turned it into beautiful locks. I highly recomend Billy Lowe for your next cut/ color.

Billy is a rare find...he knows what he's doing, he listens to his clients, and he is a very well-rounded guy. The conversation is always nice and I always feel relaxed when I go into his studio. The studio environment makes you feel like all of his attention is on you and what you want. Going to Billy's studio is always a fun experience and I always leave feeling more beutiful than when I walked in! I'd highly recommend him!

Pros: Great color and cut!!!

Cons: I wish he could do my hair every day!

Amazing Cut and Color I'll be brief .. ever since Billy cut and colored my hair not a day goes by that someone does not mention what a Great haircut I have.. Also loved the Salon so refreshing to have a one on one experience when your having your hair done. Thank you Billy !!!

Billy Lowe's salon is great because of the fact that Billy LISTENS to what you are loking for. In my line of work listening is everything. He also gives you a rundown on the do's and don'ts for your particular kind of hair. I had NEVER gotten a single compliment on my hair my entire life but the week after I went to Billy I got 2 in the same week !! I sent my wife to him and her color was the bomb! Thanks Billy !! Wm.A. The Billy Lowe Hair salon in Beverly Hills is a private hair studio that provides a very personal experience for its clients. I have never experienced more attention to detail and follow up. You can't leave the studio without being statisfied because Billy will not let you. He has an amazing ability to perfect color. I have been blonde, red, and a brunette all in one year. I receive compliments on my hair everyday. Billy is a one stop shop for your color and cut. Billy is also an eyelash extension expert. I would highly recommend Billy as a hair stylst for everyone.

I live in Chicago and recently started visiting Los Angeles regularly (monthly) for business. Several months ago I left Chicago without having time for a haircut. A colleague recommended Billy Lowe and his salon. I called him and, since I was in a rush, he was able to work me into his schedule that same day! Haircuts are equally as important to guys as to gals and I was really nervous about going to someone other than my regular sylist. I mentioned this to Billy and he sat down with me and talked about how I wanted my hair cut. And, he did it exactly as I wanted - - not the way he thought it should be done. I have since been to him again and he changed my cut a little like he thought I should be having it done. And, it was perfect! I have now left my regular Chicago stylist of seven years and now wait until I am in Los Angeles to see Billy. He also recommended a shaving cream and shampoo which I have tried and found to be very good. His salon is small and personal - - I'm not sitting around with a bunch of people - - and comfortable. He is never pushy and always respectful. If I feel like talking he makes small talk with me. If I want to spend my haircut time taking a nap or thinking about my work, he respects that. Billy's salon is a top quality salon and he is a top quality professional. I will continue using his services and have recommended him to several of my Los Angeles colleagues, both men and women. He's top notch!

Pros: His salon is very easy to get to and their is plenty of parking very close by.

Cons: There are no cons - - my entire experience with Billy Lowe has been positive.

I have visited several salons since moving to LA for cuts and color and was getting very discouraged with the results & service- especially for what I was paying! I had even contemplated flying back to Austin just to get my hair done correctly by someone that I had been going to for years that took a personal interest in how my hair looked. There is so much to be said for that and to be honest I had lost faith that there was anyone out here that really cared what the finished product looked like. THEN, I met Billy and made an appointment for highlights and a cut. It looks GREAT! Everything I had been trying to convey to other stylists Billy just knew and put me totally at ease. His salon is very relaxing, convenient and he's a blast to talk to while he is working his magic. I recommend Billy Lowe to everyone...

Wow! I've had quite a few haircuts in my day, but the cut and color Billy gave me was hands down the best ever! I love my hair and I always go for blonde highlights, but not all stylists know how to create just the right shade (many tend to go overboard with the blonde). Billy listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly the definition my hair needed. I am absolutley in love with my color! The cut was also very good...it made my highlights stand out and gave me body without being bulky. Billy was not pushy when telling me about his products. They simply spoke for themselves! If you want a friendly stylist and great hair, give Billy a try! I recommend him to everyone now! FABULOUS haircuts and color...exactly what you'd expect from a Beverly Hills Studio!

I recently went to Billy Lowe's studio for the first time...and I was in for a pleasant surprise! Billy's studio was elegant, quiet, relaxing, and very cozy. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. In addition, Billy was so friendly and warm, attentive, and professional. He listened to the kind of haircut that I wanted - and delivered 100%. My haircut was fabulous - and exactly what I'd requested. Furthermore, I really LIKED Billy. He was such a sweet and genuine person who seemed to really be interested in what I was looking for in a haircut and in what I was saying. I really felt at ease in his salon. Unlike huge, bustling, chaotic salons, Billy's studio has a warm, peaceful, comfortable feel to it. Last, but not least, Billy's prices were totally reasonable, and I didn't feel like I was breaking the bank when I paid for my haircut. I would recommend Billy to ANYONE who is looking for a wonderful, precise, detail-oriented haircut - - - and a really great, friendly, very likable person!! I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Thank you, Billy!

Pros: nice, relaxed, peaceful ambience....excellent, precise haircut....professional - but very warm - stylist!

Cons: I can honestly say that there was nothing negative whatsoever about my experience at Billy's studio. It was truly fabulous!

I visited the LA area 3 months ago.Since I was visiting the area for 2 weeks I wanted to get my hair done for the period that I was there.A good friend of mine highly recommended Billy Lowe, so I immediately made an appointment with his Salon.I was not at all disappointed! Billy Lowe did an amazing job with my hair!He was very professional and made me feel very welcome in his small,but cute Studio Salon.I would recommend Billy Lowe to anyone in or around the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area.I will be returning to LA in 2 months and I've already made an appointment with Billy. Billy Lowe is by far one of the "best "in the Salon industry!

Pros: Great all the way around
