I had a very difficult patent case to resolve and last attorney almost lost my case while charging me a tremendous amount of money. Through a referral, I was introduced to Michael Cohen who charged me a very fair yet modest amount and settled my case for me out of court. I would highly recommend Michael for any legal issues you have as I found him to be an excellent attorney who truly cares about his clients and their expenses too.

I needed several of my trademarks filed as quickly as possible. Michael was able to get them on file with the Trademark Office within a day for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with his speed and attentiveness.

I am part owner of an educational boardgame company and I was in need of an attorney that specializes in intellectual property because I needed someone to read over and fine tune a licensing contract for one of our best selling products. By chance I happened to call Michael and he was everything that I was looking for. He was straight up, no gimmicks, told me his resonable pricing, was very knowlegeable with my situation and to top it off he had experience already in the Toy industry. When dealing with lawyers you always feel like they are out to get you, but with Michael, he makes you feel, right off the bat, that he is on your team and will do the best job possible for his teammate. Thanks Michael.

I previously used another company to set up my trademark. I received a rejection from the trademark office telling me my last attorney's screwed up. That's when I contacted Mr. Cohen. He cleared everything up for me. I'm referring all my friends to him. Thanxs Michael!

I just recently started a consulting business, and Michael walked me through the whole process of setting up my corp. I also have a second business with hair products, and Michael filed my trademarks, did the terms of use and copyright for my website and we are currently working on a patent too.
