Haven't tried anything on the menu I didn't absolutely LOVE!!!

My favorite entree at the Caribbean Bistro is the JerkChicken. You can order it to your liking from mild to spicy. I prefer it spicy and it is ALWAYS PERFECT! The Spinach and Ricotta Empanadas are to die for and the Stuffed PotatoBalls are hearty and always satisfying! Because it is family owned and operated, you always know the person who is serving you. It is a perfect "A+++" by far in my book!

Nestled among the upscale shops of Lake Avenue, this single-room Caribbean eatery satiates pirate-fantasies with bamboo-painted walls, calypso-inspired paintings and dangling fishnets. Visitors stake their claim at the hand-carved bistro table, often attended by members of the owner's family, or at the handful of tables along the street front.
