Called "O to Go," by its growing circle of devotees, this Seattle-based chain specializes in seasonal, quick-casual fare prepared without chemical additives. Patrons--ranging from college students to corporate types--fill up on snacks and meals in the cafe or purchase pre-packaged entrees to go. Breakfast-menu highlights are yogurt-fruit parfaits and sun-dried tomato-and-egg burritos. Lunch and dinner options include basil-chicken chili, meatloaf sandwiches and grilled salmon wraps. Also available are soups, salads, muffins and desserts.

Pretty good healthy grub.

The Cheesesteak on Focaccia was decent. They have a great selection of healthy beverages, chips, etc. My buddy said his salad was "excellent". I will go back for a good healthy lunch.
