Great Surgery Center for out of state Doctors

I am an out of state Dr that needed a Surgery Center for a weekend surgery in LA. I stumbled across Dr. Ellenbogen by pure luck and I am glad that I did! He has one of the most impressive Surgery Centers and his staff was well informed and delightful.

Dr E who in my opinion is one of the top surgeons in Los Angeles. He took time during his weekend to walk me through his center and assist me in anything I needed. He even offered to accommodate me during my stay. I can’t say enough about his Surgery Center and the re-imaging software that he and his other Doctors use.

I will be using his Surgery Center again and I recommend it to any Surgeon who needs a center for a weekend visit with a friendly staff.

Great Doctor

All I can say is there are Plastic surgeons and then there is Dr E, He is the best! He went beyond all expectations and completely eliminated all previous fears I had. I had a complete makeover and was completely satisfied with his work; I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good Doctor.

He doesn't do breast surgery

Dr.Ellenbogen doesn't do breast surgery anymore.And he never took insurance for any cases ever.He however did my nose and breast surgery 8 years ago and they are so natural no one can tell at all.

You are liars and fabricators and character asassins.Who are you Dr. Ellenbogen's disgruntled employees

competitors. He has no legal suits for 13 years and never had a medical board action against him (cost me $50 but I checked). He is the most experienced doctor in California and the most honest.You are all bdd's.

Edgarda, I did NOT threaten patients

Firstly, I didn't threaten patients, Edgarda. I was being threatened with lawsuits myself and I simply asked that everyone post photos of their negative results so that they would speak for themselves. I also did not receive considerable amounts of money every month, it was $1,400. for the entire year and if you do not remember, I prorated the amount, gave him a refund and took him off my recommended surgeons' listings. I am pro-patient. I also do NOT have any sponsoring doctors on my website whatsoever. I will never do that again.

Best Cosmetic Surgery

Dr. Dadvand and his staff are truely wonderful. I went in for a consultation, wanting a natural look to my breasts. Dr. Dadvand is so professional and talented and he also took the time to answer all of my questions. Now that I've had my surgery completed, I look AMAZING! So natural! I would HIGHLY recommend Beverly Hills Body to ANYONE considering cosmetic surgery! I could not be happier!

he overcharges insurance companies and causes deformities

First of all, he charged my insurance company 57 k for breast enlargement (he claimed that it was a breast that needed to be reconstructed because of a cancer, and that's false) and a simple nose job. He also did a chin implant on me.

This goes to show how bad our legal system is. Criminals are not punished. I've just spoken to a lady from Idaho today, and she is one of the countless victims operated by Ellenbogen.

How could he possibly be in the business? I thought they arrested him, but I learned that he's still destroying people's lives and faces, and bodies too. He did my breast augmentation, nose and chin and he literally made me want to die. It took 5 reconstructive surgeries to fix the breast, I still have the unsighty scars he left on me. The chin implant was misplaced and I had to go to the ER in the middle of the night because it got infected. The nose is still a mess and nobody wants to touch it since he removed all of the essential parts. Be careful, he manages to have his PR delete all of the negative posts. His staff is the worst. That office is a snakepit. I wish him the worst for ruining my life. The only thing he deserves is cancer in his nose. I'm so angry at him and I can't believe he's still mutilating patients.

he puts fake pictures on his website and misleads patients

I was deceived and gave a deposit? read my story, please I?m Faustinha. I?m from Ohio. My parents are both Brazilian, from Sao Paulo. being brazilian, I have an ethnic nose. I was looking for a plastic surgeon specialized in ethnic noses since I?m brazialian/black. I flew to Los Angeles a few weeks ago to consult with Richard Ellenbogen, MD. I read very positive things about him on the National Enquirer. I saw him on TV and thought that he must be very good with noses. I consulted him a few weeks ago and he gave me a very bad vibe. They say always trust your gut feeling. My gut feeling was very negative. Anyway, he acted like he?s the guy. He told me that everybody goes to him to have their noses fixed after multiple revisions. I told him that I wanted to consult with Guyuron here in Ohio and Pastorek and he showed me a few pictures which, according to him, were patients who went to Guyuron and Pastorek and were dissatisfied and then went to Ellenbogen to have their noses fixed. Even though I didn?t like his attitude, I scheduled my surgery and gave a deposit. Now I want to cancel, but they don?t want to refund me.

I came back home and I started doing my research. I basically wanted more evidence that he was the best and that I was wrong not trusting him. I was able to touch base with two of his patients who are extremely unhappy. I saw them on a webcam and I have to say none of them had a nose left. They both had skin with two holes. No underlying structure. The interesting thing is that their photos are on Ellenbogen?s website. Richard Ellenbogen put their pictures without their permission. It?s a long tricky story I?m not willing to disclose. The pictures on his website of these two ladies look very good, but their noses don?t even remotely resemble the pix on Ellenbogen?s site. They told me that their pix were taken only 6 weeks post op, when the swelling was still hiding the major deformities

AVOID THIS DOCTOR HE IS NOT QUALIFIED

This so called "doctor" is nothing but a horrible person who promotes himself as a plastic surgeon/ reconstructive surgeon. He is in NO WAY a qualified doctor and I have no idea how he has a license, I dont even think he has one or should not have one because he destroys people. My sister had a nose job with him and he left her without a tip on her nose, left her with a very deformed looking nose, he completely destroyed the anatomy of it, and she is unrecognizible, not like she was once a beautiful looking girl. He lied to her and deceived her, he is an unethical person who does not deserve to have that title for whatever he has done to many of his patients, he has ruined the faces and many lives of people. My sister has gone through many reconstructive surgeries and still has to go through others to bring her nose back to a normal/acceptable appearance. This man should be held liable and removed from this business as soon as possible. Please DO NOT GO this doctor, research, research. Go on rhino boards and do your research and find out the truth to this man, be very careful on who you trust YOUR FACE to.

A very unethica, greedy, incompetent, cruel individual who takes an enormous pleasure in ruining people's lives

The good reviews about Richard Ellenbogen and his fellow Babak Dadvand are obviously fake. Richard Ellenbogen, plastic surgeon of Beverly Hills, has been monitoring public boards and websites for years, managing to sweep his crimes under the rug. He has cases of wrongful deaths which, we don't know how, don't appear anywhere on the internet. I went to him for a facelift after reading the (fake) reviews about how good he is. He literally destroyed my life. I had a face lift and fat grafting a few months ago with Richard Ellenbogen, plastic surgeon and supposedly rhino specialist, and his trainee Babak Dadvand. They destroyed my face and my life. I was fooled into going with Richard Ellenbogen and Babak Dadvand because they have literally thousands of ads on magazines and newspapers. My face now is lopsided, I have permanent nerve damages, my ability to speak and smile has been impaired. The left side of my face doesn't move anymore. People ask me if I had facial paralysis. I have horrible keloid scars where the incisions were made. I look totally disfigured and I can't look in the mirror without having panick attacks. My face only got worse when the swelling disappeared. They cut my depressor lip muscle and left me with a very long, masculinizing upper lip. My right eye is more open than the other one. My right brow is at least 8 millimeters higher than the other one. I look like a caricature. Horrible. II'm now in touch with other victims, one of them ended up with a disease because of the poor hygene of his surgery centers. Marianne Guarena has been harassing unhappy patients, threatening them and deleting their posts because Ellenbogen paid her a considerable amount of money every month.

Well beside the fact that he did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty, he improved my appearance with fat grafting as well.

His staff is responsive and very friendly. The surgical facility is clean and modern.
