Going to Cosmetique was a life changing experience. I always wanted to have my face have that even tone look, but couldnt find anything that worked. Being that I am African American, I felt that there wasnt a solution for the texture of my skin. I had unwanted facial hair that I wanted to get rid of and my face was so unevenly toned due to shaving so much. Because of the price of the procedures, I thought only movie stars and rich people could afford to have great looking skin. Cosmetique changed my mind in a hurry. Dr. Ramin Sarshad was up front and very honest with me about the Laser Hair Removal procedure and skin care system I am on. After 2 weeks, I thought it was not working and wanted to give up. But I put my trust in his system and after only 3 1/2 weeks, my skin is looking 10 times better. Not only was my skin transforming, but it was less than half the price of some other spas I checked out. My experience at Cosmetique Med Spa has been tremendous! I am so glad I was patient. I've just completed a series of 6 IPL treatments and I absolutely could not be happier with the results and the way I was treated by the Dr. and entire staff over the last 3 months. I have to admit I was a little nervous going in, being a guy, the "spa" experience to me always felt like something more geared towards women, but that was QUICKLY dispelled as soon as I walked in. From the time of my first consultation visit the staff was friendly, welcoming and always made me feel completely comfortable. The Dr. took his time reviewing my condition, discussed the various options available to get the results I was looking for and then placed the decision in my hands. No pressure selling, no pushing me to do anything, nothing, just the knowledge and then it was up to me. In addition to the 6 treatments, the Dr. also wrote me a prescription to utilize a medication he thought would also help get the results I was looking for and he was right on the money with his diagnosis. I noticed a difference in the tone and texture of my skin after each visit, and I'm going to continue using the medication he prescribed to help maintain my results. Each treatment was the same with him and the entire staff, warm, extremely friendly, and most of all, when going through the treatments, they were comforting. I either applied numbing cream myself in the car ride over, or one of the awesome staff members did it for me prior to the session. I'm not going to lie, IPL can be uncomfortable, especially when you've got pale swedish skin, the laser really soaks in, but the numbing cream definitely helps, and the Dr. is ALWAYS very aware of your comfort level and takes his time with each session to ensure it isn't more uncomfortable than it needs to be. Simply put, this place is FANTASTIC and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for any kind of spa treatment.

This spa is a GEM!!! The doctor was great and walked me through the process of a Fotofacial. I was a little nervous at first since I have about a million freckles. It was soo easy and my skin looks amazing. Just in time for the Holidays and I couldn't be happier.

Pros: Everything!!! especially the westside location!!!!

Wow! Is all I can say... I visited them for the Fraxel laser. I received four treatments and can't believe the difference. My lines by my eyes and mouth have totally diappeared. My skin is so much more tight and youthful! I am so pleased with my results! I was so apprehensive because it was a bit pricey, but it was SO worth it! I loved the staff! Very friendly and extremely accomodating.

Pros: I look younger!

Cons: A bit pricey.. definitely woth it!

I had been researching Botox for over a year and decided to give this place a try -- staff is very friendly and down to earth, the facility is very nice and comfortable (parking needs help though). Dr. Sarshad made me very comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly. He's very friendly, real and patient. I had Botox and Restalyne done and after 5 days -- I am ECSTATIC at the result! I'm just bummed that I didn't go see him a year ago :)

One of my co-workers recommended this spa in the past and because I'm going to be 51 this year, I decided maybe it was time to actually schedule an appointment. It turned out to be a great decision. I had botox around my eye area and restylane for my laugh lines. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy... the only problem is... I can tell this is going to become addicting!

Pros: It was a relatively quick visit & on time!

Cons: meter parking

I totally disagree... I got eyelash extensions and was really happy. I unfortunately have really short lashes and finally I can leave my house without mascara! Really happy with my visit! P.s.... I also ended up getting restylane and was extremely pleased! Staff very pleasant & professional!

Pros: Very comfortable and knowledgeable staff

Cons: It does take about 2 hours

I tried Eyelash Extensions at this spa and it was not what I expected. I have had eyelash extensions before at another salon and liked the results. At this spa, the lashes came out clumpy looking and the procedure was uncomfortable. There were multiple times where my eyes had to be open and the chemicals burned my eyes.

All positive reviewers appear to be one-time reviewers - slightly odd? Also, Dr. Sarshad isn't a board certified dermatologist, he's Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine .

I'm getting married this summer and was looking for a place I could start getting regular facials. I found this place on Citysearch and made an appointment. I ended up getting the microderm and facial with Stephanie (never had a microderm before), and it was GREAT! My skin was a little pink after, but in an hour it had cleared up and my skin looked so much better. I really recommend this place and will be going back!

Pros: Knowledgeable staff, Microderm Facial, RESULTS!

Cons: Location, Pricey, No Actual "spa"
