I've just completed a series of 6 IPL treatments and I absolutely could not be happier with the results and the way I was treated by the Dr. and entire staff over the last 3 months. I have to admit I was a little nervous going in, being a guy, the "spa" experience to me always felt like something more geared towards women, but that was QUICKLY dispelled as soon as I walked in. From the time of my first consultation visit the staff was friendly, welcoming and always made me feel completely comfortable. The Dr. took his time reviewing my condition, discussed the various options available to get the results I was looking for and then placed the decision in my hands. No pressure selling, no pushing me to do anything, nothing, just the knowledge and then it was up to me. In addition to the 6 treatments, the Dr. also wrote me a prescription to utilize a medication he thought would also help get the results I was looking for and he was right on the money with his diagnosis. I noticed a difference in the tone and texture of my skin after each visit, and I'm going to continue using the medication he prescribed to help maintain my results. Each treatment was the same with him and the entire staff, warm, extremely friendly, and most of all, when going through the treatments, they were comforting. I either applied numbing cream myself in the car ride over, or one of the awesome staff members did it for me prior to the session. I'm not going to lie, IPL can be uncomfortable, especially when you've got pale swedish skin, the laser really soaks in, but the numbing cream definitely helps, and the Dr. is ALWAYS very aware of your comfort level and takes his time with each session to ensure it isn't more uncomfortable than it needs to be. Simply put, this place is FANTASTIC and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for any kind of spa treatment.
