this was a very big decision - I really shopped excessively and checked out each bartenders class in the entire los angeles area - I liked the friendly (cheers) style atmosphere and I did not find it at any of the other classes in los angeles - the other bartender schools were big franchises and It appeared they were sorta like satellite schools out for prophet - the teacher (lou) was really a tough teacher (i thought) but I see that in the bar industry they really prepare you (bartenders training institute) for this - If I went to another school like some of my coworkers they dont know half the drinks I know and they constantly ask me to help and i get the best shifts - so I highly reccomend you go here (if you really want to bartend) or you can go to the national (type) bartender schools and you will probuly be my barback - love and cheers
Pros: all very fun and it was so cool to learn hands on
Cons: nothing - I really think its a great school!@
