Robb Saved the Day!

Robb saved the day for me last week when I had a genuine hair emergency. It was the kind that kept me up all night searching the internet and phone book for a stylist to help as soon as shops opened in the morning. I had a tremendously important meeting coming up that day that I had to look my best for. I cold-called him just as he came in to his shop, explained my plight, and he had me come straight in. He worked swift wonders with my hair, restoring it to its lustrous best, and I am grateful. At the meeting I was told I looked gorgeous! Thank you Robb.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful salon. When you arrive, they greet you with a smile and immediately take your coat and offer you a drink. My stylist (Robb) knew exactly what type of hair I had and how to deal with it, and he actually LISTENED to me when I told him what I wanted. By the end of my appointment, my hair looked better than I can ever remember it looking--and it was natural, no big changes were made to my hair. When it was all said and done, he had taught me how to make my hair look fabulous in a short amount of time, with a minimal number of relatively inexpensive products. And all for only $65--and they guarantee their work! Highly recommended. You have to check them out.... S

I have had several experiences in the last couple years with stylists who have had their way with my hair, meaning they've gone to town with the scissors without my approval. I'll think I'm getting a trim and end up losing 3 and 4 inches off my already shorter length. I went to Robb after waiting 10 months for my last disaster to grow out, and to say I was nervous to take the plunge with a new stylist is an understatement. Robb instantly put me at ease with his casual demeanor, and he actually listened sympathetically when I talked to him about my situation. He took a look at what was going on with my hair and without cutting much more than an inch off in any area, he was able to give me a low maintenance cute look for my naturally wavy, thick hair. My hair had been thinned out by an inexperienced stylist who didn't know what to do with my hair type, and Robb was able to even out my layers so that my hair became a million times more manageable, even if I just air-dry it. I have FINALLY found a reasonably priced stylist in LA that doesn't want to force me to have short hair!!! AND, the free and easy parking situation was a definite bonus.

The Best Color in Studio City..

I have been to "Hair By Robb" multiple times for coloring and cuts and have been completely satisfied every time. Robb takes the time to listen to my ideas then translates them beautifully into a look that embodies everything I asked for and more!! I constantly get complements how how great my hair color looks. I would recommend "Hair By Robb" to anyone looking for a quality hairstyle. Robb is the best stylist I have experienced in the many salons I have visited.

My Curls Are Back...

Robb is absolutely the best stylist I have ever had touch my head. He listened to what I wanted, He took care to look at my hair's natural texture and tendencies, and he cut it perfectly. I have never been so happy with my hair. I never want to go anywhere else. Ever. I recommend him especially if you have curly or wavy hair; he really knows what he is doing when it comes to natural curls.

I just got my first set of H.B.R. hair extensions today and they are absolutely fabulous! Robb does such amazing work on my hair. I can honestly say that I have finally found a stylist who is the "total package". He is friendly, courteous, always has a smile on his face, and of course a very talented hair colorist and extensionist. I drive over 2 hours to see him every six weeks and he is more than worth it. I know that if you go and see Robb, you will never see another hair stylist again! He will provide you with a wonderful experience as well as the best hair you could ever imagine! Thank you, Robb for my amazing look!!!

I have searched high and low for a stylist who really listens to me, whose judgement I can trust, and who can deliver the results I want. I have found him! I am very particular, and Robb always takes the time to listen to me. Communication with a stylist is so important. I have had so many bad experiences with stylists who don't listen.Robb always takes the time to make sure he understands what his clients want so that they leave the salon happy. I have never been disappointed. What I appreciate most about Robb is his attention to detail. He is as particular as I am about every little thing. I highly recommend him for corrective color as well. I brought in a friend who was traumatized by a bad experience at an upscale salon in West Hollywood. The stylist had not listened to her at all and when he tried to fix it had made it even worse. It was a stripey multi-colored mess. I insisted that she go to Robb's, and Robb fixed it. My friend's hair looks fabulous and she gets tons of compliments on it now. So, bottom line, if you are looking for a colorist who really knows his stuff, will listen to you, and will make sure you leave the salon happy. Robb is it.

I have found the VERY BEST stylist in the City. Robb is the stylist that most of us search and search for and some of us are fortunate to finally find. Not only does he give GREAT haircuts, he does my color and highlights like no one else ever has ? I?m so pleased with Robb work. Even with all the color and highlights, my hair is in really good condition, again thanks to Robb. When I leave the salon after he has done my hair ? I feel great. Many,there are the times when leaving other salons that I have not felt that way, in fact would go home and restyle my hair. I cannot imagine anyone going to Robb for a haircut/style or color and not being really pleased and feeling good about how they look --- And to top it off he is so very nice.

I am in love with my new hair color! After several visits to expensive and rude salons in Studio City,West Hollywood, I have finally found the salon for me. HBR Salon is the perfect place for highlights, color, and cut. The service was awesome, And Robb is my new hero. I usually have to explain to colorist what I want and what I don't want but Robb took one look at my hair after I told him I wanted highlights and turned me into ,as what he refered to me as a "hot tamale". I have not been so excited about my hair color in probably 10 years!!! Robb is awesome, the price is reasonable , the service impecable, and the product is superb! As long as I live in Hollywood I will NEVER waste my time or money on another salon ever again! Thanks, Robb !

I went to H.B.R. Salon to get a a hot look for my birthday bash. My hair is very thick and hard to handle. Robb looked at it and felt my hair and new exactly what to do. He gave me a hot elegant style for a night i spent celebrating my birthday with my friends. I got complimented left and right for it so thank you sooo much for making my birthday a night to remember, with my hot hair do!
