I made the mistake of dying my own hair the same week I was going to a friend's wedding. It turned out somewhat blue and purple, and I made a panicked phone call to Parlour. I was able to make an appointment for the following day (thank God for evening hours on Thursday). David saw me, and took fantastic care of me. He spent over 2 hours on me, listening to all of my concerns and requests and making sure everything was perfect. He even went back and re-toned a completely hidden area of my hair, because it wasn't perfect. I left there looking and feeling great (and with a goodie bag!). I was extremely pleased with my experience at Parlour, and I will most certainly return.
Pros: Evening hours, attentive and knowledgeable staff, ambiance (I love the individual nooks rather than a straight line of chairs in one room)
Cons: Parking is kind of tough, but they do offer valet in the back
