I was searching online for a frame shop in the Venice area, and the listing for Frame 2000 came up on Insider Pages and here on Citysearch. They clearly are writing their own reviews, or having their employees write them, posing as customers. Note the bad spelling on all of them, the same dates on some of them, the incorrect spelling of clearly english names --Rooth ? I think you mean RUTH. And apparently ROOTH had art from her travels framed at Frame 2000 on the review on Insider Pages, whereas here on Citysearch she had business items framed---on the same day!!! BOTH reviews on both websites are written on the same dates. Several of them are, note the fake customer names are the same ones used for fake reviews on both websites! Wow, I guess "Sam" has a lot of time on his hands, enough to write fake reviews rather than frame things. I've never been to this frame shop, but as a customer looking for a store to go to today, I'm totally shocked and appalled that this place has the audacity to do this. I wouldn't set foot in this store if they were the only frame shop on the westside---simply due to their misleading, distainful business tactics. This is NOT the way to get business, by trying to FOOL potential customers. I'd assume if you did a good job that people would be more than happy to write a glowing review for any great framing job. Shame on you Frame 2000. And shame on "Sam" for letting it happen.
