The people are so cool. I really love taking my dog here. Even though it's a little pricey for a bath and cut, I think it's worth it. They always do a good job and the people seem to care for him. He's always ready within 2 hours and they're flexible with appointments. There's also a lady that comes in to clean teeth once a month. I would recommend this place.

Pros: people are very nice, location is good

I have been a client of Sparky's for the past two years. I have a nine year-old cocker spaniel who is, putting in bluntly, a bit of a pain in the butt. He is cage shy, temperamental and can be snappy. The folks at Sparky's have been nothing but patient and kind with my neurotic, but loveable little guy. He always comes home looking like he could win the Westminster Dog Show, and when I take him for a walk, I always get compliments on how beautiful he looks (he looks like a stuffed animal when he comes home). I have to give a special shout out to Diane, who has been his special friend. Although everyone at Sparky's is really wonderful, she has really been especially wonderful with my dog. Thanks to everyone for a great job!

Cons: A Bit Pricey, But Worth It

I took my cat Lucky to Sparky's and it was a wonderful experience. My cat usually is very nervous and likes staying home. He was nervous when we arrived and immediatly Luis took him out of his kennel and played with him and he just loved him. I picked him up and he smelled and looked wonderful. Thank you Sparky's for making it possible to get my cat groomed! We can't wait to come again.

Pros: They do CATS TOO!!!!

Wow! When they mean they are a different breed of groomer it's more than just a slogan. These guys treated me and my dogs like royalty as soon as we stepped in the store. They went over all the grooming details with me prior to anything being done, got "aquanted" with the dogs and played with them a little before taking them in. My beagle and my jr terrier were delighted to see me when I picked them up and they looked their very best! Thank you Sparky's! Can't wait for our next trip there!

Pros: Excellent Service!!!!

I read the reviews closely when I got home, most are planted because it's the only review, and most are done on the same day( with different user names) and some a repeated. It's looks strange. I took my dog there because of all the great reviews, and now I regret it! They did such a bad job. My dog was for about 6 hours. They said they'd call when ready, but I never got a call, because my dog was still in the was still not ready after 4 hours. I am so upset. The hair cut is all lope sided as well. Not going back.

Pros: Not worth the money

Cons: poor customer service, place needed to be cleaned

We took Peanut our little poodle to Sparky's and our whole experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and they made sure to go over everything with me on what exactly was to be done to Peanut. When I picked him up he looked BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you Sparky's, your service is great and your staff is very helpful.

Pros: It's clean, the staff is friendly and the service is wonderful!!!

Cons: We need one closer to us!

My dogs have been to Sparky's on many occasions, much to my satisfaction, and the newest location is no exception!!! The latest and greatest Sparky's is AWESOME...the very reliable and comfortable experience I've come to expect for both my dogs, Jiggy - a lab/shepherd mix, and Mozart - a lhaso/shitzu mix. Pat and his groomers treat our dogs with love and kindness and Jiggy and Mozart LOVE 'EM! We've never been to a groomer where our dogs were actually relaxed or where they didn't get anxious and stressed out TIL NOW! Their haircuts always look great and they come home smelling and feeling SUPER CLEAN! Try Sparky's and you will NOT regret it!

Pros: Reliable, clean, groomers are great with my dogs!

Cons: There aren't enough locations! We need one in the South Bay!

I took my Poodle CURLY to Sparky's. She is very timid and they took the time to make her feel at ease. She was happy and looking FABULOUS with bows and all when we picked her up. Thank you SPARKY'S!!!

I have two LARGE golden retrievers - Once ever 2 weeks is what's needed - they run to jump in thier transportation - and are usually returned in a few hours. I've sent numerous family members and friends there - all happy.

Pros: Great care - kind people

I have a maltese and she was mishandled there. She is small and old, and deaf partially( which came be good for grooming) and cataracts, so you have to be careful when handling her. SHe gets nervous because she can't see. When I picked up my dog she was not ready, cut way to short for winter and shaking! ! ! Usually your dogs are happy to see you after being groomed. I have been there a handful of times and she is never ready on time and she was always shaking. She was never like that with our other groomer. t's always about 6 hours she's there. Get a clue, if your dog is in for a groomer more then 6 hours....obviously they need to hire more groomers. They may be good most of the time, but for my baby most of the time is not good enough. She was the casuality that day and very traumatized. I have not been there since. I did make a complaint, but nothing was done, no one called.

Pros: was clean

Cons: They need more groomers! Dogs get lost in shuffle
