Fast and Professional!!!

I saw the nasty review at the top, and then saw all the reviews that gave phone numbers disputing that post, plus Paul's own explanation and thought I would call based on all of the good feedback. He had Oscar come out within the hour, he had already let me know over the phone what the price would likely be, and it was a fair price. Oscar came in, fixed the dryer, cleaned it up, and was so nice and informative. I have had a lot of horrible repair people before, it is a relief to find someone who is real..and real good. I highly recommend you call Paul, and if he wants, I will be a reference.

Citysearch Community, my name is Randy Sacks, I what to support Paul's Washer and Dryer we need more local companies. I am a apartment house manager,

after having previous appliance repair experiences that were terrible, I was not looking forward to finding a company to work on my washing machine. But after discovering Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair, I have renewed faith that knowledgeable, quality and honest repair people do still exist! Paul's Washer & Dryer repair is a hands-on, personal service company.

Paul's s is not a huge company with a frustrating automated phone system. I spoke to Dave about a washer part than needed to be replaced. He took the time to discuss it with me, which also showed that he was completely familiar with the problem. David recommended that I have my dryer cleaned out at the same time since I never had that service performed before. He quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone and gave me an actual appointment time (unlike the big service contract companies that give you a window of four hours).

David and Oscar were timely, professional, clean and courteous. They removed and replaced the part on my washer and also checked out my dryer. David said that my dryer was very clean as it was, and therefore didn't t need further cleaning. He added that doing unnecessary work can sometimes bring about other issues. He could have easily gone through the motions of cleaning my dryer and charged me for it, but he didn't t. So I ended up paying less than what I had been quoted.

I highly recommend Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair and only wish they serviced other appliances as well!

Should this review be questioned I welcome phone calls as a referral.

Paul's Service is honest and hardwroking.

I hired Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair to take a look at our Maytag washer. It has been reliable until recently, a small amount of water started to appear, we were concerned that a new machine was needed. Paul's was excellent in diagnosing the problem with our washer and gave us a quote, we were going to fix the machine, however, David, suggested not to.

How many companies are really interested in what is best for the customer? No many in my experience.

David took his time to explain why not to fix the machine and gave us his professional recommendation on what machine to buy. I appreciate their honest and forthcoming opinion.

This is a good local and family owned business.

Clean Clothes Are Appreciated.

Dear City Search Community,

As a consummate researcher of products and service utilized for our and business it is with pleasure that I write this review for Paul's Service. When we purchased our Maytag Washer from a National Company a service contract was instituted, in theory these should have covered our needs. In fact at times it was a very useful purchase; however, the wait for service can be extensive, up to 7-days, this week that was too long.

As I write this I am in the airport on the way to visit family for Thanksgiving with clean clothes in our suitcases. Yesterday we had to have our machine working; Paul's answered the phone, and was able to communicate in a clear and concise manner price and diagnosis.

We highly suggest giving this Family Owned Company a call.
