I've used this place on a number of occasions - late night craving after going out...can't drive yet but can call Pink Dot and have them delivery whatever I might be dying for.

My order was two hours late! The customer service is horrible. They can barely speak english, they lie to you which makes you call them back in every 35 minutes and they are very rude.

The chicken leg and thigh i got was like a pin dot. And they charge $5 for it. This is a total rip off. The pizza was ice cold (of course after two hours of waiting) and saggy. I repeat. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to ruin your rest of the day / night...

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!!!!

This is the most ridiculous store I've ever been too. They can't seem to get orders right or let you order and pick your items up. I was told I couldn't stop by and pick up a wrap on the way home because there delivery fee was factored in...okkkk? Then I was told I needed to actually stop by and place the order so technically I would have to wait for the wrap to be made (which would be 20mins) as opposed to calling it in

(and picking it up) WITHOUT WAITING. I'm so done with ignorant employees and managers and there incessant ways to gouge the publc with there delivery fees. EVEN DOMINO'S LET YOU PICK UP YOUR PIZZA AND THEY'RE MUCH LARGER THAN FREAKIN PINK DOTS.This is by far the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard but then again coming from a store where all of the guys seem practically "HIGH" it doesn't surprise me

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST...ITS TIME FOR THEM TO CLOSE THERE DOORS. I'LL BE BLOGGING ON THIS SUBJECT FOR A GOOD WHILE. THANKS TO MYSPACE AND MY 10K PLUS FRIENDS I'LL BE ABLE TO GET THE WORD OUT QUICKER.

PINK DOT is incredible! their delivery service is so convenient and timely when me and my friends have late night cravings! I highly recommend that everyone try their pizza and sandwiches and top it off with a cupcake... actually everything they have is really good...:)

I disagree with the reviews below, I order Pink Dot all the time and have been ordering for 4 years now, I think there service is great and there food is way better and fresher than yummy's... People have to understand that is is a 24 hour business and they might get backed up at times which they have told me in the past , but for the most part they are consistant and the food is better quality than some high end restaurants, so I think that before you bash on a company like Pink Dot which has been around for soooooo long you should understand that they are supplying us with a great service and and a service that we all need and use...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently found myself in the predicament of needing to order food after midnight and have it delivered. This gets good really fast, since my only option at this time was Pink Dot. This is where I was left up short because as my luck would have it, "Yummy" with the better food and an actual existence of real service of any kind, is closed by midnight. I Called and ordered some food at around 1 a.m. and once 2 hours elapsed and still no sign of my order or when it would arrive, I began calling. That's where it got really interesting. I called the first time, was immediately put on hold for 20 minutes, and then was disconnected. I called back and got someone and was told my order was coming, with no actual conveyance of when it actually might arrive, this would occur repeatedly. The last time I got someone, I was told I would get my order in 5 minutes. They stopped answering the phone at around 3:30 so I then had the misfortune of listening to their recording describe all this wonderful food to me that in actuality, I had no chance of getting. By 6 a.m. I realized it just wasn't coming! Since I was on medicine and couldn't leave the house, I found that my entire night was being controlled by this establishment. For some reason, the staff that mans the phones has a tremendous difficulty being honest about anything, especially the fact that you actually aren't going to get your order, maybe! Don't think either that any previous order I made from Pink Dot, separate from this went any more smoothly. It's not like the notion of having food delivered is a new one. Companies have been doing it successfully for some time now. I'm not quite sure why a store opened for the main purpose of doing just that now fails so miserably. Do yourself a favor and all of us a favor. Don't ever order from Pink Dot. Let them financially fail as miserably as they are failing in every aspect of their business!

NEVER RECIEVED MY FOOD AFTER 3 HOURS

Does anyone else notice all the postivie reviews read almost exactly the same. ?? Sound Like A commercial? Lets me tell you the REAL deal with Pink Dot. This review is written in reatime as its happening. It is now 4:20 in the morning. I placed my order at 1:30 am. Pink Dot closes at 3 am so its not like i placed my order at the proverbial tail end. After repeated calls to customer service they have cut my order in half. I am literally staying awake to recieve this order. A this point i am not even sure it will arrive. They have promised the driver is on his way after 3 calls at different intervals. Have you ever felt like the consumer is the little guy and has no influence over the product they purchase? Ever felt like your frustration is pointless and makes no difference? Well if you havent (which i doubt) then try Pink Dot. Call Yummy if its before Midnight. They have always delivered in less than an hour and their cutomer service actually serves. They have dropped my calls, told me they were contacting the driver, hung up on me again, then put me on hold yet again. OK its now 4:30...get the realtime thingy yet?? Avoid this company at all costs. Avoid it out of principle. Avoid it to send a message. Avoid it because you deserve to get your food in less than 3 hours. Avoid it if you dont want to be lied to. Avoid it if you dont want to be left on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Avoid it to reduce this company to bankruptcy in the hopes that a more suitable competator will take its place and give you what you deserve. Do i sound angry? Ummm yes, give it a shot and see how crazy i sound. Try calling this company after midnight and see what you get. Then take the time to do what i am doing and write what i have written. This site is after all a service we provide one another. This is my service to you. 4:50 Am. Nothing. Will i see the sun rize before i get my food? OK now it's 5 am. They arent comming. No food. i stayed awake with my girl and no food. Get the point?
