This is my first experience with practicing Pilates. I absolutely love it, and I believe I found the perfect space AND instructor! The instructor is very informative, patient and will help build your sessions around your needs and goals. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to try it for the first time or has been practicing Pilates for years!
