Effective, Efficient

After finishing college in the US, I decided to get some work experience before returning to my country. I decided to contact Ursula Lotwala and she helped me to get my J1 Visa first, and then my H1 Visa (which is actually quite difficult to get due to the high demand!). I have to say that I'm highly satisfied with Ursula's help: she was always available and kindly answered all my questions, the price was reasonable, and she took care of all the paperwork (which was a lot!). She put a great petition together and I got my H1 approved! Overall, I am very satisfied with her work and would not doubt to recommend her services to anyone who is in a situation similar to mine.

An Incredibly Knowledgeable & Honest Attorney

Ursula Lotwala is one of those rare things (if you listen to lawyer's jokes): an honest attorney. More than that, she is incredibly knowledgeable about immigrations law. My husband and I struggled with the USCIS office for a straight-forward answer as to how to successfully apply for his green card, and after receiving an onslot of various contradicting instructions from multiple US immigrations officers, we were fed up and completely confused. To make matters worse, when we consulted with free legal aid recommended by the government, a shady lawyer counseled us to do something illegal.

We found Ursula on CitySearch with positive reviews, and made an appointment. She was unafraid to deliver the hard truth, provided a wealth of good knowledge about immigrations, and offered her aid for a very reasonable fee.

Very Good Attorney

I used Ursula initially to get my J1 visa which i attained without a problem, her communication through email & phone was excellent and I would reccommend her to ANYONE around the world as she is so effective that you dont even have too meet her as in my case. When i attained my J1I moved to train in New York and she then helped me to get my H1B. Ursula's attention to detail is very thourough and I truly believe that Ursula is more up to date with the constant immigration changes and amendments than most other immigration attorneys. Trustworthy, honest and thourough.

Top Notch Attorney

In my opinion Ursula Latwala is with out a doubt the most experienced & most professional immigration lawyer (Attorney) there is out there. My partner & I first used Ursula's services in 2004 and found her to be a dream to work with. Ursula's attention to detail is definitely second to none. I truly believe that Ursula is more up to date with the constant immigration changes and amendments than those who implement them. Due to Ursula's impeccable paper work and quick responses to letters issued by our home Embassy we are now holders of an E2 company visa. I have dealt with a lot of Attorney's over the years and I can honestly say that Ursula is the only one that I can truly call an (Honest Attorney). She will review your situation and if there is a way she will find it , if she doesn't already know it. If there is no way to help your situation she will simply inform you of this rather than take your money. (hard to believe)

I would highly recommend this firm for any situation relating to Immigration status & visa applications.

Ursula Lotwala Top Class Attorney

Ursula Lotwala is in my view the best immigration attorney in the business. I have used 4 different firms in the past 9 years and none compare to Ursula. Her attention to detail is seconed to none. Not only does she draw on her vast knowledge but also her people and communication skills are "top class". Even though I live on the East coast I still retain the services of Miss Lotwala.

Exceptional experience

Ursula handles complicated visa and immigration issues in a professional, swift and organised manner.

We (my girlfriend and I) contacted her in regards to J-1 visa applications and she advised us perfectly on the necessary steps to take, explained all the legislation without confusing us ( which if you know anything about this process is a feat in itself!) and managed to do all this from the US while we were in Europe with a 8 hour time difference!!

She also impressed us by knowing, and more importantly, sucessfully navigating important changes to US immigration laws, which happened just as we were going through the application process. I had contacted many visa and immigration lawyers both in the US and in europe prior to speaking with Ursula, none of whom even knew of these law changes, which could have potentially been disasterous for the application.

We cannot recommend Ursula highly enough, as we are both now in the US thanks to her hard work!!!

Ursula Lotwala is the best Immigration Lawyer ever!

She's really good and an expert for complicated immigration visa issues. I filed my H3 visa with her with success. I do not have to see her in person, everything was done through emails, phone and mails. So organized and smart in handling her clients' cases. She's thoughtful and put a lot of hard work to get successful results for you!

Very unbelievable, even my company's lawyer wasnt able to take care of my visa's situation and I succesfully influenced my company to use her services instead. Ursula took over and she did it successfully with ZERO difficulty.

Believe me, you should contact her to solve your status in the US!

Ms. Lotwala was very knowledgeable and very professional. She handled my immigration issues with the highest confidentiality and concern. I felt taken care of and knew I could trust her legal advice. My visa was approved and I am now happily working in the U.S. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who wants a trusting relationship with their immigration lawyer.
