Met Sharon for the first time today and everything said about her is true. She really takes her time and won't rest until the client is satisfied. She is also the first stylist I have ever been to that thinks about your hair in the long term, i.e. "Let's think about how we can restore your hair and bring it to its absolute best over the course of the year." Every detail is meant to both make the hair look beautiful and improve its condition. Most stylists just want to chop my hair off and call it a day! Also unique, Sharon did not have a an assistant doing half her work for her. She is completely present and attentive. I am lucky to have found her.

I met Sharon a few months ago in a different salon. I went for a consultation only but she made me feel so comfortable that I decided if I ever was going to put my hair in someone's hands, it was going to be on her hands. Six months later I decided to finally do some highlites, but Sharon was no longer at the place I met her at. I google her name, found her, called and made an appointment. The experience from beginning to end was FANTASTIC. She made me feel so cared for, and my hair looks FABULOUS!!!!....The highlites look great!!! Not only my hair looks awesome, but also the way she treats her clients is amazing, she feels like family already and this is only the first time I did my hair with her. I will definetily recommend her, no doubt about it!

A huge thank you to Sharon for the wonderful experience in her chair! It is so difficult to find a color specialist who can also cut so expertly! Reading past reviews about how you listen to what your client wants gave me hope -- and you more than surpassed that hope. I love my hair again thanks to you! I look forward to being a client for a very long time.

Sharon is such a talented colorist and stylist... She always knows exactly what I want (however confusing my explanation :-) ) and has the best instincts on what will look the best for you. I love her! I was scared to let anyone do my hair when I moved to LA and didnt know who was good... then I found her and its the best my hair has ever been!

I have seen Sharon a few times now and the result is always great! She has to be one of the nicest and competent stylist I have been to in the LA area. I have thick curly hair that can tend to be difficult for stylist, but she has never had a problem. She knows just how to cut and style it to my liking. As someone in the industry I work with stylists on a weekly basis and I have yet to come across someone who is as well rounded as Sharon. She has great style, technique, and an extremly good attitude. I would recommend her to any friend!

Pros: Love the ambience at the loft and both the owners and stylist are all very friendly!

Cons: none for me!

I have gone to Sharon several times and I am always very satisfied with my hair. She listens extremely well and does what I want versus what she thinks would look best, which is very important to me. Last time I saw her I decided to try a different hair style and she executed what I wanted perfectly.

This commet is way over due!! I had my hair colored by Sharon sometime in july /august of last year . SInce then, I moved around and it is soooo hard to find a good stylist! I am very picky with my blonde color. I am a natural blonde, but I like to go a little lighter with dark blonde lowlights. She picked out a great combination of colors for my hair. I loved it. She listens to your ideas then she adds her own. She really knows what she is doing! I felt completely comfortable with her. Since then ,I haven't been able to get a great color that matched hers. I just recently got back into town and I will be calling her!

Pros: Great hair style

Cons: Parking can be a pain, a little pricy

I also went to Sharon according to the great reviews here. I came off the chair looking and feeling soo much more beautiful than when I had first walked in. She highlighted my hair according to what she believed would look good on me and achieved the color I was looking for. My highlights look very natural. She is a sweet and genuine person and proved to me that a color specialist really does exist, since I had previously had disastrous results with others. Highly recommened and would definitey go back and refer my girlfriends!! If you want constant compliments on your hair, Sharon is the one!!

Pros: beautiful, celebrity-like hair!!

I went to Sharon at the Loft because of the Citysearch reviews. The reviews were right. She's terrific. She's friendly and great at what she does. She totally listened to what I wanted and the haircut is great. The Loft is a good salon with a nice environment.

If you want a high quality stylish haircut and color you walked into the right place with Sharon. Not only is she nice to look at but she is also very polite and patient. She takes her time with you and makes sure she knows exactly what you are looking for in a look. I had my share of $300 dollar haircuts and color and I must admit that Sharon has beat them all. I've been to her twice already and plan on making her a keeper. The best thing about the way she works is her accuracy with styles and cuts. I sat in on one of her "customize your haircut" sessions where at the end of my haircut she turned me around to see what I thought. I was going for a choppy look so she told me to to point out places around my head where I wanted it more cut or styled. I loved the experience it made me feel free and safe at the same time. There certainly is a sense of security when you are allowed to touch your own hair during a haircut session with your hairdresser. The next day I had a photoshoot and my makeup artist as well as my photographer complimented me on my hair color and cut. It made me feel HOTTTT!!!!!!!!!!! YEA!!!!
