Never Answer th phone!

Have been trying for the past week to order something online and it doesn't let me check out even after I enter billing and shipping info. Then I call the Miami Store (since they answer there!) and they can't take phone orders, so they tell me to call CA. i have been trying BUT there is no one that answers and there is a recording saying that the voicemail is full....even right when they open...have tried ALL hours of the day...apparently they don't care about online business or customer service by answering the phone or clearing out the voicemail box!

I have been to this store on several occasions when visiting other retailers in the area... No Kardashian is ever there to be star struck, fans, they must only be there when filming and items are over priced stuff than can be found anywhere in LA and many other cities... Sorry girls... Cute show but your store is nothing special!

I love your show and I am really trying to save money to come there this summer, I am a newlywed and we couldn't afford a honeymoon, so I told my hubby that I want to go to California just to come to DASH and Smooch! We have a four year old little fashionista on our hands and I would love to get her some stuff from smooch.

And Khloe, your PETA add was BEAUTIFUL! You do not need to have any worries over your body, you are no amazon, I think that you an absolutely beautiful girl and I would love to meet you one day :)

Not a crazy stalker, just a working middle class gal that would love to meet a real down to earth celeb!

I recently visited your website and was very impressed. I am a mother of four girls and every Sunday night we watch you reality t.v. show. We pretend that each of us is one of you \. I am always Kloe. My daughter Kamden, which is nine thinks that she is Kourtney. My daughter is disabled and was born with a load of health issues. I hope one day we can visit the store. I am tring to win air line tickets off the radio so that we can visit the store. My brother was luckey enough to meet your mom "kris" at the superbowl in Tampa. I was so jelous. Worth a trip!

I took my daughter and two of her friends to California (from NY) in lieu of a Sweet Sixteen. Dash was on her to do list. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried that they would be disappointed.

We walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Kourtney was there but was busy trying on clothes. We shopped for a while and bought an adorable dress and a pair of pants that were different than anything I've seen in other stores. There was a sale going on so the prices weren't too obscene - boutique prices definitely. The staff was attentive but not at all pushy. When we finished making our purchases, we politely asked Kourtney if she wouldn't mind taking a photo with the girls. She graciously agreed and was VERY friendly and chatted with the girls. They were thrilled with both the boutique and Kourtney Kardashian.

A dash of kindness goes a long way!

I visited the store in January 2009. I didn't expect to see the Kardashian girls but we did see Kendall. She's really a very pretty girl and very polite, so were the staff! The store is nice but expensive, bought a tshirt ... was cool just to walk out with a Dash shopping bag. :)
