Rockin Good time

by JonSoleymani

Pink Taco at the Westfield Century City mall is great. There's lots of good, affordable food on the menu, lots of hot girls hanging around (or working), and a great full bar.

Go during happy hour and enjoy the big game on one of their flat screens, and the cheap drinks!

  • Pros: Good food, good drinks, hot girls
  • Cons: Music is too loud, slightly too much 'tude

keep on driving....

by CSMobileUser3

I've driven by pink taco since it opened up and always wanted to stop by. well I finally did for my 21st birthday... we sat at the bar and a waitress name krystal I think helped us. she bought our drinks since it was my bday. I thought that was nice. but the signature margarita was nasty.. too strong and way too sour. and our dinner was good. i'll give them that. but when the waitress found out that we didn't like our drinks her mood switched. I totally felt rushed seeing as I was still eating and she asked if we wanted to close our tab and handed us our check. well fine the drinks sucked and so did her attitude so it was fine that we were rushed. needless to say that is the LAST time I will ever go there!

Secret HotSpot

by davialewis

I read a few of the reviews on CitySearch before taking my girlfriend and some friends here. This place has such a great vibe. I was greeted by everyone with a smile and our waitress was so adorable. We were there during their happy hour and got major deals on our margs and beers. We started off with the free chips and salsa. And the tacos were good. My girlfriend ordered the Caesar salad and it was tasty and fresh. Some of the reviews on here are so awful. It really didnt help at all. So hopefully my review will help.

  • Pros: good food, beautiful staff
  • Cons: not a family venue

Attractive Sign Outdoors.. but keep on driving!

by chowtyme

My family and I finally went to Pink Taco over the weekend after seeing the great sign from Santa Monica Blvd and driving past it several times. The waitress was obviously trained at the center for the deaf & blind because her demeanor was ridiculous! Her attitude was dry, she never came back to ask us if we needed anything, never offered water or drink refills and had the nerve to ask us to pass all of our plates to help her clean up! I had the crispy tacos with chicken which were ok but the beans and rice were cold. The menu is definitely overpriced because of it's location but if you're going to have mediocre food, then Management needs to at least invest in formal employee training! Of all three hostesses at the entrance, not one of them said goodbye or thank you for coming! I guess they're making so much money that they don't need to extend customer service.

  • Pros: Interesting Decor
  • Cons: How much time do you have?

Inattentive service and overpriced drinks

by Krittick

The waitress didn't notice that we had no silverware so we borrowed from an empty table nearby. The atmoshphere/decorating is a bit bizarre, a mix of who knows what, everything but the kitchen sink hanging from the walls and ceiling. A Cadillac Margarita cost $12. The drink cost more than the meal. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad, but instead of serving chopped up lettuce, they served whole stalks of romaine lettuce and poured the dressing on them. I had to cut up the lettuce and somehow get the dressing to mix in. I don't eat out so I can do the work. The place is too loud if you want to have conversation. Someone had told us about this place, so we tried it, but I just don't get it. The waitresses all wear tight, revealing tank tops, so maybe that's the attraction, not sure. I did not like anything about it and do not recommend.

  • Pros: Not sure
  • Cons: Overpriced, poor service, loud

Not for vegetarians!

by javabearsky

I adore everything about Pink Taco, fun, good service, cute atmosphere-but their rice has chicken powder in it, which is not cool if you are a vegetarian! The pink taco's are awesome. The general atmosphere is pretty cool. They do have a great menu and chill crowd for happy hour.

  • Pros: chill atmosphere, good happy hour
  • Cons: Not for vegetarians, over-priced

Love it here!

by luvsyummyfood

I go to the one in Century City with my boyfriend about once a week. It is our favorite restaurant. The first time we went our waiter suggested the Hornitos shrimp appetizer and the lobster enchiladas. We got both and decided to split them. The shrimp are a little spicy, but the flavor is incredible!. They come in a hornitos lime sauce with baguettes for dipping. The lobster enchiladas are very light on the cheese, and are actually really sweet. The tortilla tastes like sweet corn. We also order a 2.50 side of guacamole instead of the 10$ appetizer one. We don't bother with the drinks because happy hour only applies at the bar, and the wait is generally way too long to get a drink. But on the one occasion i did get a drink, the sangria blanco is really good-tons of fruit, and comes in a really big glass.

  • Pros: Good date spot, fun vibe, Can have dinner and a movie at AMC
  • Cons: Century City parking/walking. Long wait for a drink at bar when busy
