Nightmare Experience Buying a Major Appliance

I purchased a refrigerator from this store and had the worst experience I have had doing business with a retail establishment. The delivery was wrong, the installation of the water line has yet to occur (four months later), and every time I called the store the line would never be answered but instead disconnected. When I called Sears customer service, they had a zero responsibility attitude and directed me back to the store. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying anything from sears.
