Saved our carpet

We called brite out to our house after the rain because we have 2 dogs and kids and the carpets were wiped out ! They cleaned up the carpet and removed the dirt & stains and now were back to normal nice and clean the carpet dried pretty fast too and they also laid down paper to walk around the house with out tracking dirt in.

Do not let these people in your house!

I hired these guys to clean my 8 month old carpet. There were no stains or real dirt. All I wanted was a quick cleaning. They ended up saturating the carpet during the process and trying to dry it out with fans later. It completely destroyed the carpet throughout the whole house! A $200 carpet cleaning cost me $3800 in repairs to replace the carpet throughout a 5 bedroom house. The sheer incompetence is astounding. I don't know how these people stay in business. Don't hire them or you will be sorry.

Your company provided steam cleaning services at my mother's home (she lives w/her 93 yr.old husband and he owns the house) in Long Beach, CA, last Tuesday, 9/9/08.

I wanted to let you know that your technicians did an excellent job and the services made a great improvement in my mother's living conditions at the house. This was not an easy job and the technicians worked very hard. They worked very efficiently and provided excellent, professional service. They cleaned the carpets, sofas and chairs, as requested, I even added a chair that morning and they said "no problem". The smell in the house instantly improved. I have never seen the true color of the carpet until that day. It's still ugly, but at least it is clean! We had professional house cleaners also come in and follow up with a good deep cleaning and that made improvements also.

I think that people ought to be thanked and recognized for professional service. I would absolutely use your company's service again and recommend it to anyone who wants to know. Thanks again for the excellent work, it is very much appreciated.

INCAPABLE OF CLEANING EVERYDAY DIRT OUT OF CARPET!!!!

OMG, DO NOT USE Brite Carpet Cleaners! I sent my $3000 white area rug to be cleaned by this incompetent company, only to find that upon delivery, my area rug arrived yellowed, dingy, still covered in dog hair, and just as filthy dirty as when it was picked up! It arrived rolled in torn plastic, poorly taped up, still accessible to moths, dirt, and dust, impossible to store properly! When confronted with the horrible "cleaning" job they had executed, I was referred to as "HONEY", and told that they "Did the best they could do", which is obviously NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Now I am out $140, my $3000 area rug is ruined, and I am livid!!!!!

DO NOT USE BRITE CARPET CLEANERS unless you want to throw away your money and have your beautiful carpets ruined! They can't clean everyday dirt out of carpets? Why are they even still in business?!

• Cons: WORST CARPET "CLEANERS" EVER!!! INCOMPETENT!
