Great Door & Closet Company

Interior Door & Closet Company performed a great makeover on my doors and closets this week. I was impressed with the service from my very first call. The front office staff was nice and helpful and schedule someone to meet me the same day. The desinger and estimator Jane was great and helped me pick the best style to match our home's decor. The company made the process easy and kept me well informed at each steps. The installation crew was careful with our new hardwood floors and created no mess. I only had to take off half a day for installation. I had anticipated the installation to be much longer. Our new doors and closets operate perfectly and look incredible. We like the beveled mirrored wood framed closet doors the best. What a difference, I should have done this years ago. Several of my girlfriend have a ready stopped by and left in envy. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone wanting a simple home upgrade. Visit their showroom next to Costco, you will be happy you did.

Closet Transformation

My old closet openings were small and had small cabinet doors above them that we mostly unusable, not to mention how dated they looked. Interior Door & Closet Company came up with a plan to totally reconfigure my closets from floor to ceiling which allowed me to double hang my clothing and have floor to ceiling doors. The new closets were just installed today. The new closets now hold twice as much clothing and the custom wood closet doors look and slide fantastic! I looked everywhere and could not find any solution until I found Interior Door. Thank you again for suggesting reworking the entire openings. What a transformation, I could not be happier!

Interior Designer's Top Pick

I have been an Interior Designer in southern california for over 27 years and just completed my 12th. home with Interior Door & Closet Company. No matter the city or the value of the home, new doors are one of the first things I recommend to my clients on a limited budget. I have a top ten list of home improvements that I provide to my clients and doors and closets are now at the top because of their low cost, less than a day install, and highly visual beauty they bring to an old home. I can't recommend their service enough because all the cutting and painting is done at their facilty so there is zero mess. My favorite products they feature are the Meridien Mirrored french style closet doors and the Mirage Glass privacy glass doors that allow light throughout the home. I give IDCC my TOP PICK out of all the vendors that I have used. Keep up the good work IDCC my clients all love the service.

Three of my neighbors referred me to Interior Door & Closet Company in Torrance. The crew arrived right on time with my new doors and were very pleasant. I have done numerous home improvement projects but none have gone this quick and made me more satisfied. They did everything they said would and made no mess. I can't believe how much of a positive transformation new doors made to my home! The doors look very expensive and the hardware simply couldn't look more exquisite. The experience we great and the value was simply the best. I recommend that you check this company out for your next project.

Fantastic job, my house has never looked this good! Interior Door & Closet Company installed new interior doors and closets in my home today so I wanted to give my thank you by giving this glowing endorsement. Interior Door & Closet Company did exactly what they said and there was no mess or problems what so ever. I can't believe the transformation my house has undergone with such a simple project. I recommend this home impromement to everyone especially if you are on a budget and just want the best bang for your buck. I've done several other home improvement projects, but this was clearly the most impressive!

Best Home Improvement Experience

We purchased interior doors from a Home Improvement Store because they told me they were easy to install. After attempting to install the first door we realized that none of our door frames are standard sizes. I called several companies and contractors for help, but everyone wanted to tear out my doors frames which would damage my new hardwood floor. We then found a handyman service which stated by phone that they could install them. The handyman service was going to charge me labor only of $200 per door, but upon inspecting my odd size door frames they declined to take the job. The Handyman Service Estimator stated that my door frames were too difficult for them to attempt and that we needed a digital measuring and fitting service. They then referred me to Interior Door & Closet Company. I found Interior Door & Closet Company in strange method but now we have fantastic doors. IDCC digitally cut the doors to fit our 40 yr. old home without any damage to the floor or frames. As an added bonus we saved about 40% compared to all the quotes I received during the frustrating process. We are very pleased with our new doors. I hope our experience can help others.

Total Home Remodel

We just finished a total home remodel and purchased all our doors and closet organizers at Interior Door & Closet Company. Our whole experience was very pleasant. The crew installed 18 doors and 5 closet organizers in one day. None of the other projects went this smoothly. This company has a very good process and saved us more than 6,000 on the products we bought. The owner helped us personally and the crew leader Matt was a pleasure to work with. Matt went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy at every step in the process. Since the installation we had the company return to cut the bottom of several doors because our floor was installed later and we didn't want the flooring company to touch the doors. They did the resizing promptly without any damage. Our doors look rich and the organization in the closets work perfect for us. Very good work.

Where to buy..Where not to buy

We made the mistake of ordering doors through the Home Depot. We found out the hard way that The Home Depot uses subcontractors for all the work they sell. The sub they sent to install the doors left large gaps in most of the doors and several were hung the wrong direction. They tried to patch the frames to cover up the mistakes. I don't believe they have ever done doors before. I ended up throwing away all 11 doors and got some of my money back. I then had Inteiror Door & Closet Company come out to see if they could fit and install all new doors. Their digital measuring and cutting is the best process around. Our new doors look, fit, and operate perfect. Interior Door was 5X faster and performed the installation flawlessly. What a difference. Don't waste your time with Home Depot.
