Tour of Hollywood

I had friends in town for the weekend so I reserved a limo to take us on a tour of Hollywood. Our driver was incredible. He went everywhere we asked, made every stop as we requested, recommended a few tourist attractions that I had not thought about, and treated us with complete respect. I am so happy with the service we received.

Positive experience

Great importance yesterday. Service was phenomenal. Driver was overall respectful and responsive and was everywhere he was supposed to be when he told us he would be there. He replenished the bar, driver suggested in great food.

My way of thanking Alexis for helping me out.

For my parents 25th wedding anniversary, I rented a car from Alexis Limo for them. I had heard great recommendations from friends regarding Alexis which is why I chose them for this special occasion. My parents reported back to me that the service was superior. The driver was nice and knew where to take them. He was on time and waited patiently while they were in the restaurant eating. He helped them in and out of the vehicle without them having to ask. There weren't any issues of over payment (I had told the phone representative that I didn't want my parents to pay for the car or tip so they charged my card). Since renting a car for my parents was part of their anniversary gift, I was hoping they would like it. This is my way of thanking Alexis for helping me out.

Great Limo Company!!!!!

This is a great limo company with really nice drivers. Other limo companies are more reminiscent of a taxi cab and just drop you off, but Alexis Limousine is top notch and always treat me and my family really well and the drivers put that extra effort to help us all the way to the doorway. We use them again and again because they take care of my elderly mom who we have driven up from from Huntington Beach every other week to visit their grandchildren and for all holidays. I thought I would write today, since one of their drivers was extra nice to my mom this weekend and I can't thank them enough for taking care of my mom and bringing her safely back home after visiting us. We have not had any problems with Alexis Limousine and we will continue to use them.

Perfect Customer Service

I use limousine services wherever I travel to across the nation and this is the best one I have found so far. I will definitely be calling them for my local reservations for Los Angeles limo services. Everything went smoothly from booking the reservation to the event last night. Not only did the driver show up on time, he also knew all the local hot spots in Beverly Hills and Hollywood. We will certainly be calling them again for our future events.
