COMPLAINT ON SERVICES NOT RENDERED WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MR JOHN FRANCO OF WALNUT JUSTICE CENTER

1. This is a complaint for the record concerning dereliction of legal services paid for a self help divorce with no contest with exception of final judgment. I paid $693.00 in full.

b. my wife and I signed the legal documents

c. about the 4-months delay they did not know the status for 30 days. I got the run around from the office supervisor stating a supervisor would call me but never did. They eventually admitted errors prevented the court from accepting final judgment

d. In Aug 2009 then, my wife and I had to returned to Walnut as requested to re-sign the court documents.

e. In October 2009, my wife called about the additional 2-months delay as she was told they would call her back but she was ignored. Then on 12 October 2009, I called about the delay and was told I would be called back the next day.

f. In October 2009, I verified at 0800 with the Pomona Court house that there has never been a final judgment submitted. So I had was forced to demand to see the lead legal officer but the office supervisor would only allow me to make scheduled appointments.

g. So upon my prompting in October 2009, the final judgment was finally submitted to the court house.

h. Then I was informed me that my appointment with the lead attorney was canceled which not a surprise was considering the lateness of submitting a year later.

i. I went to Walnut legal for my appointment and I was unhappy from all the stone walling I received with no result of services I had paid in full for.

J. Then in October 2009, the office refused to alow me to speak with anyone about my complaints. I called for someone aloud and they call the sheriff officers, then I was asked to wait outside and I waited outside to speak with the officers. Then the lead attorney came out and informed me he did not want to do business with me and said he would place a restraining order on me.

k. Three day later the court kicked back the final judgment because it was not done right !!!

Fraudulent !! Will take your money and not give the service that you pay for1

Paid for services that were not received. I asked for my money back several times and have yet to receive it. I have filed a complaint with the BB. I can not recommend Walnut Justice Center at all. I have contacted Steve Bolen several times to rectify this situation and he will not return my email at all. I would stay away from this place at all costs!!!!
