User Reviews for Home Gallery Furniture

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

Salespeople are very friendly here, most of them anyway. Store has much larger selection than one anticipates from looking at the size of the building on the outside. Store is willing to negotiate deals. Weston is an excellent salesman of note. Delivery service is on time and clean. Probably the best overall furniture store in the Antelope Valley.

Pros: Friendly salespeople. Lots of options. Speedy delivery.

Cons: Layout of store makes it difficult to find certain items on your own.

This is an excellent store if you're searching for furniture in the Antelope Valley. They have the best deals by far in the region and have high quality merchandise and an impressive number of options. I would however be very careful about who you allow to assist you in your purchases. I have shopped at this store for items multiple times and have come to know who is good, who isn't, who's a liar, and who's a shark. Weston for example is the salesman who I would recommend most. He is honest, he doesn't pressure you into buying things that you really don't need. He only discusses them for reference to let you know that they have other items you may like in addition, but when you decline, he doesn't ask any further. He has excellent product knowledge, and if he doesn't know the answer, he will tell you that he doesn't know, but he will go and find out instead of making one up. On the switch end, Rodney is probably the worst and most arrogant salesperson that I have ever met. He is extremely deceptive and has lied to me about several things. He only cares about lining his pockets. He makes up answers and tells his customers whatever it takes to make a sale. Absolutely worthless salesman. I would also be very careful about Scott too. He tends to fib a little in his sales if he thinks it will close the deal, though not as badly as Rodney. All in all, any of the other sales people are fine at this store. In my experiences here, I myself would just prefer Weston to handle my sales at this point. There is just something that's outstandingly different about him than the rest of the others. When I spend this kind of money, I like to feel confident in my purchase and not be concerned about whether or not I was ripped off in some way, and only Weston really gives me that confidence. The store usually delivers on time and they are good delivery people who take care of your items and the things in your home. They don't make a mess of your home either when they are there.

Pros: Quick delivery. Nice people. Lots of options.

Cons: Certain salespeople are cunning and liars so you need to know who they are and avoid them.
