customer service rude & arrogant

I recently rented a car from this branch. I was being "helped" (under statement) by Najeeb. At first, he was friendly and nice. But as soon as he asked or it was more like 'pushing' me to get extra coverage/insurances, and I told him my reg car insurance has me covered to the tee, his demeanor changed. Then I told him that the customer service was not satisfactory and would give a bad review. He didn't care and went on to say they've got plenty of customers. He didn't tell me where to drop off the car or anything. Well, I hope this website / reviews work. The company has decent price/day but avoid Najeeb if you must then management will have to send him back to customer service school.
