I got the most beautiful cut by Crystal, with almost no direction! I came in with waist long curly hair, looking for a change. The only direction I gave Crystal was that I wanted it a lot shorter, for all the hair to fit into a ponytail, not have it all be the same length, and have a great style for wearing it down (versus my previously long do which always meant up do's for me). Crystal totally took her time, and created a masterpiece! I get compliments EVERYWHERE, from family to friends to strangers! It truly takes talent to do such fantastic curly hair do's! She even suggested (though in NO WAY pushed) some products that would be good for my type of hair, and explained why. I ended up buying them, and she was so right! Great, fantastic job, Crystal! And Trilogy has a very nice atmosphere, one that I'll definitely revisit again.
