We ordered our sandwhiches, paid for it and sat down. The server brought our coffee, didn't ask if we wanted cream or sugar and never brought it. We waited for our food. No coffee refill. 10 minutes later, I went to the counter and inquired. One worker to another: "Did you put in my order?" No apology, no nothing. Waited another 10 minutes. Nothing. No coffee refill and no food. Demanded my money back. Food, coffee and tip came to $26. She would only give me $20 "because you had the coffee." Terrible service.
Cons: terrible service. terrible attitude. would not refund my money.
