cheap, trendy shoes

I'm a frequent visitor at this small shoe shop, because they have the most incredible prices. I've purchased 4-5 ballet flats there all under $20. I even bought a pair of yellow Jeffrey Campbell flats (which are usually priced for about $60 at Nordstroms) for 1/3 of the price! The boots there are usually $30 and under too. Though they might not carry the top quality brands, it's definitely worth it to shop for everyday, wearable shoes.

• Pros: CHEAP prices, trendy styles, occasional designer brands
• Cons: mediocre in appearance

The Scene
There are no frills at this Westwood Village shop, just a preponderance of shoes lining the walls and display shelves in the middle of the store. Rapt sole-searching women of all descriptions study rows of shoes, grouped and arranged by color and style.

The Goods
It's worth braving the traffic and parking hassles of Westwood to peruse this store. The selection is so varied that it's fun just pondering the diversity. From big name designers like Anne Klein and BCBG to juniors styles by Two Lips and l.e.i., Top Shoes carries it all, including platform flip-flops adorned with beads and flowers; elegant business-wear pumps, oxfords and loafers; boots both extreme and functional; glittery, glamorous mules and sandals.
