JAM is the answer to my health, fitness & beauty prayers. If you're looking for visible results, motivating instructors & a gorgeous location (right by the beach!) all in a serene, inviting workout environment, then don't waste your time and/or money anywhere else. They offer great deals to fit your budget & according to what your body needs. Also, try out one of their many ongoing unique dance, yoga or bootcamp workshops. Trust me, you'll love what changes JAM will help you make to your body, mind and spirit once you the stairs up and step into the studio. Plenty of parking in lot and on street. Don't forget to ask about their package specials for new clients!
