Bad service, very poor quality on custom orders

Did not deliver custom clothing as promised. Then failed to commmunicate delay, which was a month over due. Repeated phone calls to inquire about the order were unreturned, though promises from his staff that he would respond. Mistake was to prepay the total which was a few thousand, he was no longer interested in completely the order or honoring his word. Shameful and quite disappointing. He represented himself quite differently during the "sale" of the clothing. Bad business practices and for a custom order the quality and workmanship was below standard...buyer beware.
