Over my adult lifetime I've seen several therapists who have essentially treated me for symptoms of an anxiety disorder. Some were more spiritual, others were less involved and offered an ear to bend, but none of them brought me to the intellectual understanding and emotional catharsis as Dr. Rae Freed has. Her manner is straightforward. She actively listens connecting elements from sessions past to the current and helps you see the bigger picture, in the context of your life experience, and guides you in breaking patterns, stopping the projections, and accomplishing the change that is necessary to overcome your emotional injury. She is a clever conversationalist and has a wry sense of humor and is witty in her sessions. I can confidently and enthusiastically endorse her as a therapist. Her office is conveniently located in the Larchmont area (Beverly and Vine), just west of downtown LA, south of Hollywood, and withing driving distance of west LA too.

I would recommend her to anyone, she is amazing....I would encourage anyone who needs help in any way, or if you are just looking to do some soul searching or become a better person, she is the lady to go to
